The location was perfect and the room was spacious. I was unaware of the no front desk/keyless check-in but it worked fine. The only surprise was there was no housekeeping and we were expected to launder our own towels. After calling customer service I learned I could trade towels in at their office nearby during business hours. This was helpful. The living room was spacious but simple and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was nice to have options. Water was very hot. The AC was only in the bedroom so the kitchen/living room area was warmer but manageable. Overall it was a fine experience and the location couldn't be beat.

God is Amazing! This is an older place, but has been kept in great condition and looks like it’s been updated. The rooms and property were clean and quiet. The landscaping of the property was gorgeous. The rooms had full kitchens and A/C. The beds were comfortable. We had an ocean view from the lanai. We loved that the property had pools and hot tubs. There was plenty of parking. The nearby shops were great to have. The location is centrally located with a convenient distance to the airport and easier access to the north and south shores. There was a beautiful, non-crowded beach nearby within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here and we appreciated the value in staying here.

We stayed a full week in unit J6. We were happy with this unit. Each unit may vary. Ours was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans, glassware,etc. the unit was clean. Newly tiled stand up shower with two heads. WiFi was free and fast. Two televisions with many channels. Lots of fresh bath towels and beach towels. Complimentary coffee. King bed was a bit soft but linens were good quality. Air conditioning worked well. We mostly used the overhead fans though. We noticed the groundskeepers doing work every day. Garbage dumpsters were picked up daily so you will hear them in the morning. Our property management communication was superb. Registration was remote on line and we never had any issues. Management checked on us multiple times. The pools are small. We used the brand new gas BBQ. The beach was sandy but ocean looked rough. Nobody swimming. Beach was accessible from a 150 yards walk. The Coconut Marketplace is a 3 min walk. We watched free shows there. Good cafes and restaurants there. Longs drugstore close by as well. Don’t purchase water. Fill your bottles at the filtration machine outside the office. Price was reasonable compared to expensive hotels and we had a full kitchen. Will return.

We loved our suite, and felt like it was a great place to stay. It was so easy to access roads, and that made going in any direction very convenient. We also could walk to the Coconut Marketpkace and there was a nice path to the beach. When we needed anything or had questions, we'd call and ask. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We know that we would come back here again and stay if the price is right!

Recently stayed at this property not realizing that the units are basically like a vrbo. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that for the comfort aspect of being in a home setting. However, the unit we had only had an AC unit in the living room with a backwards vent from the living room to the bedroom. No cold air could get through because the slats on the living room side are perm angled down. It would be 62 in the living room but likely in the high 70’s, low 80’s at times in the bedroom until late at night.
The property staff was all literally fired the day we got there so there were no fresh towels unless we washed them ourselves…(they literally told us to wash them ourselves). No housekeeping etc. We were told to “call the #” if we needed things like toilet paper but when we did, we got an out going message that the mailbox had not been set up yet.
The on site washers and dryers are a massive pain! You are required to load $10 on a prepaid account and if you’re lucky, the machines will work. Called every # listed only to be told that they “don’t handle the washers and dryers” and to call a different #.
Really loved the location though. A short walk to the beach and a cute little shopping area across the street.
Our unit was A12. Others in our group had AC in the bedroom but the rest of the experience was the same.

The room was very dated, but the price was right and the location is excellent. You are close to the main road, which you can hear but there are shrubs nearby for privacy. Lots of good food nearby and the beach is a 5 minutes walk. The beach area is very secluded with no hotels nearby, which is great for reading and relaxing. The surf was high, so don't expect to go swimming. Overall, a great option for a budget traveler.

The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. We'd stay there again. One thing to note, we didn't know that there was no elevator. Our bags were significantly heavy so it made it a challenge taking them up the flight of stairs. We requested for a 1st floor unit but there were none available. Next, for some reason, the bedroom fan light would turn on independently. During the day it wasn't much of an issue. But at night it was. It made for a restless sleep. We had to get out of bed to turn it off with the remote. Lastly, our shower/tub floor felt soft and as if we would fall through. I/we would have to stand on one end of the shower where it felt most stable. We didn't report it initially because we were already settled in and only staying one night - we didn't want the hassle of moving to another room. We would stay there again, but we would definitely check on these items before getting settled in.

Overall a nice stay and great location to restaurants and centrally located on the island. Our 1 bedroom apt was spacious, had ac, came with all the amenities we needed. The restaurants and ABC store right next door were easy to walk to (and easy walk home after a few drinks celebrating our vacation). Bonus: there is a public beach right off this complex that almost no one uses since there isnt public parking, so it was like a private resort beach.
