We had the Hawaiian pizza and it was very good and was ready on time. The employees were very nice. Overall it was a great experience.

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The pizza was delicious with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. What really stood out was the super friendly service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Workers were super nice. We came to Lake Isabella to enjoy the trails, nature, and scenery. We were starving and saw this place on the side of the road. There's a nice little grass area for our puppy and to enjoy the pizza. The pizza was hot, cheesy, thick, and full of flavor. Great pizza, customer service, and great experience overall.

Food was all right Got denied delivery service got told they were real busy and I am a local less then 2 miles away and a local business owner as well work long days ended up coming here and they were not busy and had my pizza within 25 minutes but got refused delivery service how are you the only Pizza place in lake Isabella a tiny valley and cannot deliver when that is the biggest thing you guys offer is delivery

Tasty quality and hit the spot! Our family of 4 enjoyed a large Hawaiian. They were accommodating with requesting one quarter of it cheese for our cheese only kid. It was delicious. We love the saying on the wall and had our kids read it. Thank you for being open on NYE, Pizza Factory!

The food was good but the service was really bad. My one topping pizza took over 45 minutes to get. I shouldn’t have to wait that long for one large pizza.

Second time eating from here. The first experience was bad timing on our part, choosing to go during dinner hours resulted in a super long wait (about an hour or so) but we didn't call ahead so no blame to the restaurant there. Even if we were wanting to point a finger, we would quickly put it down because the food is DELICIOUS. This experience was much faster as we ordered ahead and even late but they were so so kind about it.. Once again food was hot, fresh, well seasoned and great portions. Both times we've enjoyed a large calzone (pepperoni, cheese, ham, canadian bacon) which easily could fill 2 people if not 3!..a pizza last time, and the garlic and artichoke pizza with white sauce this time. I can't forget the twisted bread with garlic and butter. Yumm. I definitely applaud this restaurant for it's fresh and delicious food. We will continue to order here. Pricing is fair for such great portions and an A+ to the customer service as well!
