The meaning of this place is a really nice guy he's never bothered me that taking a shower or doing my laundry and it's always been really nice he also gives you fortune cookies in the office. The price here is a little higher than what you would expect for a mobile home park but everybody there is really nice and welcoming.

RV Park. We live there for 22 years. This park has gotten So much worse. The drug dealing is in the open. Manager knows this and does nothing about it. Before you even think about moving in here. First of all do not believe management They will say or do anything to get you to move in there. They've been there For over 2 years now made all the promises in the world. There's things that they don't tell you if you have children watch them very close keep your eye on them at all time Just rememberYou're on a need to knowJust drive through and look real close at the place

It's an RV park, there are no rooms. There is no "service". Pretty good location. Rents just went up recently.. There HAVE been improvements, but very slowly accomplished. Drugs and theft continues in the area but it seems less and less as time goes on and the police are doing great work. Overall, this is probably the least expensive places for rent in the area

Management is AWESOME!! Hard worker ,even works after hours he lives on site and is very helpful and kind , its a nice park ,no other parks are any better with the drugs and criminal activity is everywhere even in rich neighborhoods now so I would have to say its a safe little community at Sam's r.v park people watch out for each other and there's cameras all over the property, low rent, garbage paid,free showers,wreck room,washer and dryers, change machine, candy and pop machine. Bathrooms for men and women's with sinks. Its a nice park ,nice people and great manager I like it.

Good, safe place to stay. On-site manager to enforce rules. There have been many improvements in the past couple of years. They accept older mobile homes. Residents who have lived there a while are almost like family, and watch out for each other. Unobtrusive protection and consideration for women and children. Convenient location to shopping.

My experience has been and continues to be that Sam's good RV park typically reserves spaces for honest and genuine people. Now I don't know all or even half of the residents but I wouldn't mind too. Always a family friendly atmosphere.

..but watch out for the guard dog Earl! He is the after hours gate keeper and if you don't belong there, your not getting in..

Like I said, seems to be typically reserved for good ol fashioned, honest folk, sometimes a challenge to find these days.

Cowshit

There are a bunch of drug dealers in the park. Homeless people going in and out at all hours of the day and night. There is no security. People steal stuff out of people's yard. Homeless people doing laundry in the community room which is meant only for residents. Over run with cats. Tenants have had knives pulled on them by people who don't live here.
