I had a terrible experience when I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. We were told beforehand that the cake would be ready at 10am, and when we got to the store around 10:30, we were surprised to see that it was closed. Moreover, nobody was answering the phone and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to move my son's birthday party because I did not get my cake on time without any notice. After commuting back from Redmond, we finally were able to get in touch with someone an hour and a half later.

At that point, I was extremely disappointed and asked if it would be possible to get a delivery as well as a 20% discount because of the stress and unrest this mistake caused. We recieved the delivery from Margo's husband, but when we got in touch with Margo, I was shocked by her UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. She accused me of demanding for a discount to "her girl", which I simply inquired about, and continued to berate my actions. She accused me of not waiting at the store and not trying to get in touch, which I very obviously did and have proof of. She apologized for the issue but said that my family's behavior caused part of the issue, which is absurd to say when you are in a customer service position. Overall, terrible service and lack of accountability. I will never buy from or recommend this place again.

Absolutely love this bakery! Their cupcakes are delicious. I always come in for the red velvet. Last weekend, I got a triple chocolate and funfetti flavored cupcakes which are my new favorites!! My least favorite has been the pink champagne. Whenever I’m looking for a sweet treat, I come here! Recently, I began freezing the cupcakes for a later time and they come out perfect.

Do not use these people for your wedding events. While the cupcakes are good, they are incredibly disorganized and do not handle when they make a mistake well.

It was already a bad sign when the (paid for with a fee) tasting was a harried, rushed mess- but we bought from them before as customers and assumed they were having an off day. We should have actually seen this as their default.

Then, day of they messed up the order and it was nowhere for pickup. The staffer at the desk, a perfectly nice person, knew nothing about any deliveries and only could confirm it via digging up receipts. This wasted a considerable amount of time (day of!) for our wedding. We did eventually get our cupcakes via a delivery, which they stealth handed off to catering pretty much the moment before guests arrived. No apologies were provided, just an ETA.

When I followed up with them the day after the wedding the result was an incredibly belittling reaction where they claimed they had done everything they think of and because the other catering team seemed fine (what?) obviously they had nothing to be concerned over. This, I would stress, is a leadership level issue.

So TL;DR business will lose your order the day of your wedding and treat that added stress as not their problem.

Beautiful cakes and cupcakes! Always so fresh and scrumptious. Other bakeries just don’t compare!

The food and place is very nice but the cashier was very unhelpful when I asked about allergies. She claimed she didn't know about ingredients and when I asked if she had ingredient lists, she told me "I don't know, I just sell them". I found that not only rude but also totally unacceptable for a store these days. People with food allergies are very common and they deserve to know about the food they'd like to purchase. Very discouraged from coming here again knowing I won't be able to safely purchase from them.

This small shop makes amazing cupcakes. My personal favorites are the lemon, and the salted caramel cupcakes. They also serve edible cookie dough, which is really tasty.

I love Pinkabella, but this is the first time I've ever had a dry/hard/overbaked cupcake from them! I always go to the Lynwood branch, and have never had an issue. Won't be returning to the Redmond branch 🙁

We ordered PinkaBella cupcakes for our wedding and we got so many compliments on how good they were. My husband and I enjoyed them too and were not surprised when many guests told us they went back for a 2nd or 3rd cupcake. Thank you for being a memorable part of our wedding celebration!
