Great cabins! Many amenities including basketball hoops, docks and boat/canoe rentals, fishing poles to use, fire pit, trails, the list goes on! Each cabin also has its own charcoal grill. They have a little 'pantry' in case you forget something (like coffee filters that we forgot) 😆 The view of Spider Lake from the cabin we rented is amazing! It's also not hard to spot deer, turkeys, and loons. It's only a 10 minute drive to Mercer from here.

John & Cheri are the caring, warm owners. This is a unique place where people of all abilities are welcome and can be comfortable. From nature walks to kayak trips to nightly fires by the lake, it doesn’t get better than this. Perfect for romantic weekends or family vacations. No matter what, you will have awesome memories of this magical resort. This is coming from someone who doesn’t like the outdoors! I love Pine Forest Lodge

Nice cabins and some are wheelchair accessable. Our host John and Cheri were very nice and go out of there way to make sure everyone has a good time. I enjoyed hearing stories about the lake and the Mercer area. I will definitely be back next year.

It's the real northwoods experience. Owners are great. Cabins are older but hey, where can you stay for a week at these rates! Sand beach, raft with diving board, full kitchen and more.

Have been going here for over 10 years. it is quiet, calm and a great vacation for anyone who likes to get away. The owner always plans trips in the area to go Canoeing or hiking.
