first time here . please set the correct expectations with the customer. I asked for a bambino pizza and got upcharged to a custom one at the end...the communication that there was an upcharge was not there...

The pizza is always good. Except tonight. They burned my pizza 🍕. I'm too shy to go go get it exchanged. Unfortunately my toddler couldn't it eat. =( . Check your pizza before you leave the restaurant if you don't like hard burn pizza.

What the heck happened to this place. Maybe it's day crew vs night because I come late and always get hooked up. But these older ladies in the day , what a waste of money! I paid $2 extra for chicken in the side salad and there is way less chicken than I have ranch.

My first experience was fabulous but my second was horrendous.

The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldn't eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust I'd go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf.

I have pictures to prove this. It was bad.
When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldn't be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they don't have one. I then said oh well I guess I'll be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they don't care.

As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce

Love this place, was my first time and the people here are friendly, helpful and patient. They have vegan cheese and vegan meat and gluten crust as well. It's about $9.95 for a personal pizza with unlimited toppings the drinks are $2.99 and the cookies and brownies are yummy as well. Will definitely recommend and go again ☺️

I ordered online and they did not bring me all of my order and 2 of the three things they brought were not what I ordered. Called manager said I would get a refund but did not do it so I've called back 4 or 5 times now with each manager saying they will refund but none have done so. Now they will not answer my phone call. Do not order from here!
