Nice visit here, this was my first trip and was happy with the experience. The meal was pretty tasty, the presentation was dreadful but I was happy with how it tasted. The service was fantastic, the receipt says Edward was the person I dealt with and he was super friendly and helpful.

This is a great alternative if you want fast food without the guilt. I find it more fresh and better than Panda Express, and has more healthier options. I usually get the firecracker Chicken or honey glazed chicken, on Brown rice. Their shrimp is really good as well.

They manage to give me a kids meal portion instead of there old regular portions.
Got my chicken and rice together instead of separate like always. And its in a small plate , together… shame on ya. Definitely wont see my or my family’s business anymore.
$15 for a kids meal size (not kids meal) is insane

It's been a while since I last visited Pick Up Stix, and it seemed like Edward was handling everything on his own. Despite being the only staff member visible, he provided exceptional service! Edward was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond. He even delivered our food outside, and the food was great. However, it was the outstanding service that truly made us want to come back. Thank you, Edward! We hope you get the support you need. Edward deserves to be recognized.

I like this restaurant and servers from
Dining earlier, so I will give them a bit of a pass.

The food that was delivered to me was in pretty bad shape. The sauce of my coconut chicken was transferred into my bag and I had to jump through hoops to respill back into my plate. Two issues, the container was a bad one for take out. Second the driver handled it pretty badly. A bonus third, plastic bag was too flimsy and shapeless.
So I think the company should address this because it will take a long time for a vaccine to arrive.
