👍 Reviews of Pho Nguyen’s House

4/5

Pho Nguyen’s House offers a solid and authentic Vietnamese dining experience. While there were a few minor setbacks, the flavors and quality make it a worthwhile stop for pho lovers.

Ambiance: 5/5
The restaurant has a cozy, authentic vibe that gives off the comforting feeling of a traditional Vietnamese eatery.

Authenticity: 4/5
The pho was well-made, and the flavors were generally authentic. However, the broth leaned slightly on the salty side. The spring roll, while tasty, raised questions about whether it was truly made in-house, as it lacked the usual freshness you’d expect.

Flavor: 4/5
The combination pho hit the right notes with a good balance of tender meat, noodles, and herbs. The broth had depth but could benefit from less salt. The spring roll was decent, though not particularly memorable.

Cost: 4/5
The prices were fair for the portion sizes, though the large pho bowl wasn’t as generous as expected.

Service: 4/5
Service was polite but lacked enthusiasm. When I inquired whether the spring roll was made in-house, the server’s reaction didn’t inspire much confidence.

Final Thoughts:
Pho Nguyen’s House is a dependable option for Vietnamese comfort food, with room for slight improvements. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this spot and will likely return to try more dishes.

Bathrooms could use deep cleaning. Bathroom renovation/ remodel is pretty new but is kind of dirty and gross.

Food is always great.
We love this restaurant.
I have never seen this restaurant empty.
It is usually busy or packed.
A lot of takeout and deliveries like doordash.

Best place to go for a bowl of pho on a cold night. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was wonderful for a date. It's chatty but not loud - like a comfortable cafe. The food itself was filling, well portioned, broth was wonderful. I didn't need to use any sauce to help spruce up the flavor. Vegetables were fresh and yummy to add. Highly reccomend 10/10.

I had a terrible experience at Pho Nguyen on 12/24. My little sister and I both got food poisoning after eating there. I had the Banh Mi, and she had Pho. We ended up very sick, vomiting on Christmas night—definitely not how we wanted to spend the holiday! It was such an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Never coming back again.

Pho Nguyen house has always been my spot to dine in when I miss a nice meal that fill me and massage my soul. I usually only dine in by myself or with my partner, however, they always take great care of me. The service is professional, no nonsense, and carefully orchestrated to run with limited staff. It's not fine dining but it's not a hole in the wall either. It is somewhere in between.

I don't live in Lynnwood anymore but I do visit whenever I have a chance. My favorite items are the com tam (broken rice) combo, bun bo hue, and of course their pho. The pho broth is clean but still fill with flavor. If you want pho that has heavy flavor, this isn't it, but the pho here leave you feeling full and not too heavy or greasy. I haven't try their entire menu, so I can't vouch for the other items. Still though, if all my current orders are with quality in mind, I am sure the others are great as well.

Do try their Vietnamese coffee or tiger boba tea. It's a nice pick me up with the caffeine.

Thank you Pho Nguyen house for serving my stomach everytime I visited.

When with my family to eat, we ordered 4 meals, and we liked the food it was good and the end we pay for the 4 meals and I saw they charging tips for 5 guest 🙄, even do we only buy "4" meal 😒. I guess they charge my baby the highchair he use 🤷‍♀️. I understand there are services that really deserve tips. I'm just confused that they charge me tips for 5 guest and we only have 4 meal. Buy the way this is not the first time we buy at this place.

We got the Bun Xeo and Rare beef pho.

The Bun Xeo was incredible! It’s not on all the menus which is a shame because it was absolutely incredible. The rare beef pho was well seasoned and the beef slices were super tender.

They forgot to bring out the iced coffee right away, however had it ready for us to take to go when we asked about it.

Overall would visit again and order the Bun Xeo each time!
