The Waterfalls tour was awesome!.We saw at least 10 different waterfalls in the Upper Peninsula area, each unique in their own way. I loved the hiking that was involved… not too much or too little. The Fall colors were at peak which made everything even more beautiful! Our driver John and Director Eda were great! Very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we were all having a memorable vacation. I will definitely go on more tours with Personalized Tours! I've done several tours with this company and they go above and beyond to make your experience the best. Just recently did a fall colors and waterfalls tour. Great group of hikers on this trip. We did several waterfalls each day, fun restaurants (not chains) and nice hotels. The best part was a 2 hour scenic boat tour. Great memories were made. Thank you!

Personalized Tours is top notch! I just got back from a 4-day trip to New York City and I had a fabulous time. Tracy, the owner, was our Tour Director for the trip and she didn't miss a beat. She was very accommodating to those of us that went on this fly out excursion, making sure we all maximized our time in the big city. She also knew NYC very well and assisted with directions as needed when some party members went on their own to different destinations. The tours booked and meals planned were best of the best. We visited The Rockefeller Center including the top of The Rock, a Broadway show, The Rockettes, Grand Central Station, The Botanical Gardens, and Dyker Heights holiday lights show to name a few. We had reservations at Gayles Broadway Rose which had servers who were also singers serenading us throughout our meal. We also had dinner at Juniors and had the famous New York Cheesecake, and dinner at Carmine's for an awesome sit down Italian meal. All details were taken care of including transportation to the airport, flight reservations, the perfect hotel, Uber rides to and from airport, Uber to the gardens, bus to holiday show, The Rockefeller guided tour, and Rockettes show, to name a few. I couldn't have asked for a better time and am already looking forward to booking some trips in 2024.

I enjoyed my first excursion with Personalized tours. I found the extra details that the office, the tour guide and bus driver took were so helpful. The events and stops were well planned and gave me the tour that I was expecting, just as described in the brochure. I hope to do more tours in the future. Thank you for a great trip.

We have been using personalized tours for a very long time. We do a 52 person bus trip every year with friends and family to either a Badger or Packer game. We have never had a bad trip with them. They always make sure the riders come 1st. Hands down will keep using them we have tried other places before them and we are personalized tours for life. They are so easy to work with, they are reasonable for a 4 day trip. We appreciate everything you guys have done for us. We will be back again next year! GO PACK GO!

The August Adventure Mystery Was a fantastic time. Personalized is the Best tour company to travel with. Fun, Excitement, Top Entertainment, Top Notch Hotels and Wonderful Food is on tap with every trip we have been on with them. Attention to detail is the norm and we will be booking again and again.

I've been traveling with Personalized tours since they began. The personnel as well as their coaches are highly professional. The staff (office, tour guides and drivers) are caring and helpful beyond what one can expect. They let you know how important you are and their aim is your comfort.
