Poor follow up and no attention to detail. Wasted a lot of my time trying to buy airfare tickets, agreed on a price and when I checked my credit card I was overcharged. Tino has a take it or leave it attitude and did nothing to resolve the issue. I will never be going back to him and would not recommend him to family or friends just in principle of not being honest when we agreed to an airfare. The last phone call I had with him he unprofessionally hung up on me.
