Really cute little coffee shop that I recommend everyone visiting on their trip to Bainbridge Island!

Coffee tasted really good, and the atmosphere felt very homey and lively. Lot’s of seating, but could get busy during afternoons on weekends.

Not impressed. This shop has been on my coffee bucket list for over a year now and we finally had the chance to visit. The outside exterior sets this shop apart from the rest…but unfortunately the inside doesn’t quite fit the vibe. We made our visit on a Friday morning around 11am and found the inside already pretty busy. Whomever was at the register yelled at everyone to get away from the front door and conglomerate away from the tables. The electronic menu board kept skipping from the food items to their logo, which was obnoxious but not what ruined our morning. The barista taking our order was rude and unfriendly. I felt we were annoying her and observed her treating other customers in the same manner. We ordered the veggie and chorizo breakfast wraps and were satisfied with the food, but in regard to our coffee, it was lackluster. I noticed another review mentioned a burnt flavor and I would have to agree. Overall just not very tasty. The interior was very small with only 5 round tables and people standing everywhere. The music playing was this loud and annoying EDM theme that did not fit the vibe we thought we’d experience here. We quickly ate our food and left. Luckily if you have the same experience we had, you can exit and head towards the sea and experience a beautiful boardwalk. Much more pleasant than the barista. We won’t be back for coffee, but if you’re looking to visit Bainbridge Island in general, I recommend the trip as it is a beautiful place!

Nestled in the serene countryside of Bainbridge Island, Pegasus Coffee is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. As the island's first coffee establishment, it exudes a quaint charm that instantly captivates visitors.

Stepping into Pegasus, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the inviting scent of buttery croissants. The rustic decor and warm ambiance create a cozy retreat from the outside world, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely morning or afternoon.

The coffee itself is exceptional—rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. Whether you prefer a robust espresso or a creamy latte.

And let's not forget about the croissants—they are simply divine. Light, flaky, and generously buttery, they pair perfectly with a steaming cup of coffee for the ultimate indulgence.

After reading so many positive reviews, I expected a little more. The menu is short and not very original, they advertised wine but had none, the outdoor seating area was tiny and a bit dirty, staff was short and slow. We just wanted a quick bite before exploring the island so it was okay but not what I had hoped for.
