This is our 3rd visit, and will be back. Nice little campground with lots of room for dog walking. Had to stay for a month this time (family emergency) the camp hosts were super friendly and attentive. The are several signs that the bathrooms are out of service and when you call the recording lets you know as well. No problem for us, as we had full hookups. AND the laundry room is available, that was a big help when staying for a month. Thank you!!

Not peaceful as the site is right next to train tracks. The long term trailer next to the site we ended up in was leaking stuff all over the place & also smelled so badly of weed that it could've been mistaken for a grow house/spot. Bathrooms/showers were not available either.

Warning: there are no working restrooms or showers at this park. We weren’t told this until we got here which made camping difficult, as you can imagine. From what I can tell it’s mostly used by long-term tenants who live there more or less permanently.

My advice: if your a traveler on vacation, as we are, find somewhere else to stay in the Spokane area.

This CG has friendly and pleasant check in and the price is right. We thank you for the military discount. It is a small CG, RIGHT on the road and near a train so VERY noisy. LOTS of area to walk a dog and very close in to the town of Cheney if you should have a kid in college at EWU.

Tracy and Pete the managers and there family are jerks and so disrespectful. Roberta and Jessi dogs killed and injured my birds and they hid behind friends tell one of the tenants contacted me and said we deserved to know the truth. Tracy and Pete were taking care of the dogs and Roberta and Jessi owned the dogs. They also still have the dogs on sight after they killed and injured some of our birds and also turned on my husband and the next day on one of our neighbors. I would not recommend this place if I had animals or children. May 1st 2024 they were found guilty and there dogs were proved to be the ones that were on our property and killed my livestock and turned on my husband and neighbor.

We just completed a one month stay at this quaint little park and loved it! It's sold out most nights, we can see why as customer service by Tracy and Pete is extraordinary. You actually do camp in the tall pines and it is peaceful. The road quiets down by dark and is not a problem with noise. We both grew up next to train tracks so the trains didn't bother us as others have noted. The laundry is clean and fair priced. Restrooms are cleaned and attended to daily. We enjoyed 3-5 mile walks from the park each morning and many included Eastern Washington University. The town of Cheney is very friendly. We'll be back next year. J&B

We stayed for a week here. The hookups are good...no issues with them. The sites are very tight...and the parking even tighter. I always find it a bit off-putting for a park to charge more for extra vehicles, pets, and kids; Peaceful Pines did. I do understand that sometimes parking spaces are limited, and so trying to deter a bunch of extra vehicles makes sense. But I'm not keen on paying extra to have our pet in our RV or to have our two kids with us taking up the same space as we are. In any case, the staff was friendly enough, and the restrooms and showers were clean if very small.

I rate 3 stars because the area where the park is located is not the best, the sites are SO tight together, and the costs are a bit much for what you get. Also, they have 2 separate wifi options; neither of them gave a good enough signal for us to use them even just to check email. Plus, a train runs at all hours and fairly frequently just behind the park. It didn't bother us, but it is worth noting in case you are looking for a quiet spot.

Good place for one night stay. Spots are on the small side.some train noise but did not bother us as was not really loud. Dogs are allowed but not outside in your camp area. Special area for dogs to do their business there is a short trail you can walk your dog on. The lady that checked us in was pleasant. Water pressure was great!
