The spaghetti sauce tastes like it just come from a can. The next serving of spaghetti sauce was so salty I could not eat it. Salad bar was also lacking. Pizzas were plain and very thin. This will probably be our last trip here.

I probably should have given 1 star for each, but the staff was nice. The restaurant was dirty. We had to clean off a table just to be able to sit at one. The food was mediocre at best. The spaghetti was dry, as you can see it standing straight up on one of the pictures.
Save your time and choose somewhere else to eat. We won't return.

Gonna try to be nice. I ordered Door Dash. And boy did I get fooled. I ordered the Spaghetti with meat sauce and the shells with creamy Alfredo sauce. Please look at the photos of what I just received. I’m not sure SAUCE or CREAMY ALFREDO is even a thing. This stuff looks and tastes like a 5 yr old at Kindergarten made. Absolutely no meat in sauce, only about 2 tablespoons of sauce over spaghetti. The Creamy Alfredo, well they forgot the creamy, and the sauce. My god, the driest spaghetti and shell meal I’ve ever seen or tasted. Pretty dang bad, THE BREAD WAS THE BEST THING DELIVERED. So DoorDash wasn’t give the 12in mozzarella cheese pizza. So they went to retrieve it. Yeah, it was thrown off the pizza bar at end of night shift before closing. Yes. I ordered at 7:10pm. They closed at 8pm. I don’t know guys, this was the most piss poor attempt of a $45 dollar meal. The bread was amazing. But dang y’all. You got any self respect? Read your reviews!!! Wish I did before ordering. Says below, which dishes do you recommend,…as I stated the bread was good. My dogs and I both now don’t have dinner.

I’m an Italian girl and I feel offended for what this place sell to the American people!!!
This is not an Italian restaurant or buffet , what I see was dry pasta without flavor , frozen pizza e food a there wall , disgusting!! The only thing good was the salad ! Never again in this place!! I give an advice remove Italian buffet of your restaurant because is shamed and writing Pasquale’s buffet is better !! Waist of food and money !!

We ordered sandwiches today and my roast beef was horrible!! Nothing like it used to be. I only had 3 bites then threw it away & went somewhere else for dinner, but couldn't get the foul taste of the meat out of my mouth all night! It was absolutely disgusting! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Thanks for the fancy writing, but the time it took to write that they could have made sure the pizza crust was edible. We didn't have time to drive all the way back, so we scraped the toppings off. But you couldn't get pass the burnt smell. Last time the pizza was undercooked..now over cooked. Looks like someone needs a new oven. So disappointed.

When we go to Pasquale's, we are used to the "original" Pasquale's. We are used to getting the combo that comes with spaghetti and a side salad. The combo you get in Boaz, is a pickle and chips. You can get salad and pasta from the buffet, but I noticed people licking their fingers and touching the tongs. That grossed me out. The Pasquale's that has the combo I mentioned (pasta and salad), is the one in Gardendale, Cullman, Forestdale and Chalkville. Most of those are probably closed down now. I do think you can get Cole slaw too at the ones mentioned, not Boaz. But my stromboli sandwich was good!

Wow, this place is filthy. We walked in and were barely greeted. Ordered four buffets, and had to find a seat a a clean table, but there wasn’t any. We asked them to bus the table and they wiped it down with a dry rag. The salad bar wasn’t filled, a mess all over the counter. The pizza bar empty, and the four people in the kitchen didn’t know what or who was cooking. Careless staff all with ear buds in. I was not impressed with this place.
