We stayed at this hotel for almost 3 weeks while waiting to return home after the Eaton Fire. It was the longest and most stable stretch of lodging that we had since evacuating in early January, and we were so grateful for the hotel. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus a dog -- we had the room that was segmented into two living spaces. The hotel made an exception for pets during the fire's aftermath, and that was a major relief since local pet-friendly options were scarce and expensive. We needed to stay nearby for home logistics and our kids' schools, and the location was perfect. We became familiar with the staff, and everyone was warm and accommodating. Aside from being the best fit for our situation, the hotel itself is very clean, has free and easy off-street parking, provides great breakfast and all-day coffee, and is surrounded with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had zero complaints. Thank you for your support during our time of need, Pasadena Rose & Crown!

Let me tell you about my great stay, during The Rose Parade. I told them in advance that I didn’t need a handicap room, I just needed a room on the ground floor. They gave us a room on the ground floor… practically with its’ own parking spot. The room was right in front of the passenger door. It was too perfect. Then on New Years they gave us New Years hats and horns! They truly went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.

A good value and very clean, safe hotel. Chris at the front desk was super helpful as well. Nice breakfast in the am and easy parking. I'm so glad I stayed here. Would definitely recommend!

Clean room and friendly lady in the front desk, who provides us what we need. Great breakfast and cozy cafeteria. We had a great time staying here. Would come back again next time.There is only one minor thing : We’ve got only one tube(50ml I guess?)of shampoo for three of us for two days’ stay.We brought our own shampoo anyway😉

My stay at this hotel was great. It had all the amenities I needed. Great morning, breakfeast. Overall, good and kind staff. Can't say too much. Overall experiense was great. The location was close to a lot of food places. Definetly hit the jackpot on this one.

This is a great motel. Pleasantly surprised. Checking in was a breeze. Service with a smile. Nice location on the main road . Reasonable rates. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom amenities. Continental breakfast included. Highly recommend!

Clean room and friendly staff. I appreciated the variety of free breakfast options and free parking as it helped me save money compared to other hotels. Rooms were large. Gym was small but at least they had one. Would definitely stay here again to maximize my travel budget.
