This was our first time visiting Paradise Point, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. In fact, this resort exceeded our expectations!

I specifically chose this resort because it’s pet-friendly, and I was thrilled that my big dog was warmly welcomed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by Blez at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and made check-in seamless by providing us with a map and helpful information about the resort.

Our room was clean and beautifully maintained, and the property itself offers plenty of activities and amenities for both relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed a great lunch at Barefoot Restaurant, where our server, Amanda, was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service.

One of the highlights was the resort’s proximity to the beach—it’s just a short walk away! I also appreciated how pet-friendly the resort truly is. While dogs aren’t allowed in the pool or spa areas (which is understandable), they are welcome almost everywhere else. A small but meaningful touch was how the employees riding the carts always made it a point to greet me while I walked my dog in the mornings.

Overall, I highly recommend Paradise Point to families looking for a wonderful getaway. We had such a fantastic experience that we’re already planning to return—and this time, we’ll be booking a few extra nights!

It’s like a Hawaiian vacation without the flight. We feel far from home but all the fun of vacation. The staff is so kind and helpful. Rich Woods was so kind to our sons and gave us a golf cart tour of the property our first night there. Our kids thought it was so cool! We love this resort.

We booked a bungalow suite for our family this past weekend for three nights. The first two nights the room next to us were extremely loud throughout the night. The walls were paper thin. We also had ants in the bathroom and kitchenette.
We told the front desk of our issues and the last night they upgraded us to an ocean view suite. The room was nicer and didn’t have ants but there was a dirty old sock left in the closet. The baseboards and window sills in both rooms were very dirty.
The location was very close to sea world and beaches and we enjoyed the ducks.
We are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility, especially for the price. The first two nights felt like we were staying at a motel 6. If we called for room service they came pretty quickly, but did not set up the pull out couch when we asked before we got the room switch. It was late and our kids needed to go to bed.

Overall, we did not have a great experience and I’m overall unhappy with the housekeeping of this facility.

Dear Anyone that wants to spend money at an Impeccable resort,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Point Resort and wanted to share my positive experience with you. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The facilities were impeccably clean, and I found the pool area to be particularly beautiful. Additionally, I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend Paradise Point Resort for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Sincerely,
Moses

Overall a nice stay at Paradise Point Resort.||We stayed during the holidays, and it was obvious the hotel was full and the team were busy. The front desk team were helpful and attentive when we requested a room change. And overall our stay was great! Room service was prompt and easy, and this hotel is perfect for families with little kids.

My husband and I love Mission Bay. We've stayed at Catamaran and The Dana but this is our favorite. We'll definitely come back just to spend a day or two in the hotel because they have so many free amenities/activities that our toddler and just me and my husband can enjoy! Also, looove that they have rooms right in front of the bay! (Their rooms are not inside a big building too so it's more private that way.) Will come back and highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. The resort is quite large, situated in a fantastic location, and conveniently close to the airport. The private beach adds to the romantic and relaxing ambiance of the place. There's also a plethora of water activities and much more to enjoy. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Paradise Point has it all. Highly recommend

January 2025 Stay

Stayed here in January and rented 3 of the bungalows with family and friends. It's a beautiful property. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because there was no entertainment at the bar/grill and you had to pay $45 a night for parking which was literally at your front door so we thought it was a bummer they made you pay for parking in a private resort with no option to park off site to save the fee. You already pay a premium to stay there so we thought parking should of been included in the rate as it's such a sprawling property with plenty of on-site front door parking. However, other than those 2 things it was nice.
Because we were there all week we only ate on-site once and left the property for other food and entertainment options as we were a group of all adults so we were looking for a little more nightlife atmosphere. Great location near Beaches so, easy on/off property to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and La Jolla but not walking distance to any. It's a very nice place if your looking for an upscale resort style atmosphere on the quiet side.
