I love me some Papa Murphys Pizza, and order from here often. I've never had issues before and love the pizza. That being said I called to order some pizza at 7:30pm. Twice the phone was picked up and hung up on. I thought maybe the first time it was an accident. But when it happened again, it was obvious it was on purpose. I decided to call a third time and the employee answered, I asked if they were still taking orders. She told me no. I asked if that is why she hung up on me twice and she responded yes. As a customer I would rather they answer the phone and let me know they aren't taking orders, hanging up on customers is just rude.

My husband forgot half of our order when he picked it up. We went back and the entire staff was do incredibly friendly and helpful. My initial shock at their very youthful appearance quickly turned to admiration for their ability to work together as a team. The kids are alright!

I always have a very pleasant experience and the food is always delicious! I have been having trouble with the Papa survey promo codes that I receive after completing the online survey but the employees still always are able to apply the discount for me. Also, it's really the only way I can afford to order pizza my family so I am very thankful!
