I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday morning, shortly after they opened and had an excellent experience. There was plenty of parking and seating available, which made things easy. Although my friend was running late, our wonderful server, Ms. Brenda, was incredibly patient and attentive. As soon as my friend arrived she quickly took our orders and brought such a joyful energy to our table.

I ordered the hotcake platter, which included French toast, scrambled eggs, and a pork chop—it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed, and I was impressed with how well-maintained and clean the restaurant was.

Overall, the combination of great service, amazing food, and a welcoming vibe makes this a fantastic spot to dine. Highly recommend!

Pann’s has that classic LA diner charm, and I can see why it’s a local favorite. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and while the waffle was good, the chicken left me wanting more. It had decent flavor, but it was missing that crunch that makes great fried chicken so satisfying. Also was on the small side.

One thing they did nail tho -- the butter game. Instead of those sad little cold butter pats that refuse to spread, they melt it in coffee carafes so you can pour it straight onto your waffle. Genius move. Why doesn’t every breakfast spot do this?

Service was friendly, and the old-school diner vibe makes it a nice place to kick back with a solid meal. Would I rush back just for the chicken and waffles? Probably not. But for a classic diner breakfast with a few smart touches—like that melted butter trick—I wouldn’t mind stopping in again.

Old school diner that can get pretty crowded during the weekends. Small parking lot beside the restaurant but there’s a much larger one just across the road. Welcoming interior and staff are very friendly. The country fried steak is really good and definitely worth trying out. Great place for a bite if you’re in the area.

I had an exceptional experience at Pann’s! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. I was impressed by how quickly our meals arrived, making the entire dining experience enjoyable and seamless. This was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that reservations weren't necessary. Plus, the convenient parking lot right next to the restaurant made it even easier to get there. Overall, it was a fantastic outing!

This is pretty much everything you could want in a classic American diner. It’s so close to LAX that if you’re in town on a layover (like me), it’s worth a trip for some proper all-day breakfast. The architecture is amazing, the staff friendly and professional, and the food was exactly what I needed after an overnight flight. Definitely worth a stop.

1st time coming to Pann's, and I love the homestyle atmosphere. The food was absolutely delightful! French toast done to perfection, grits on point, and crispy bacon to satisfy the most hard-core lovers of bacon. Any and all families should come here and enjoy one another!

My first time here!! I have wanted to come here for years and finally did it!! The food was phenomenal!! I modified for my liking and one of the people that works here asked what I had. So I told her and she said you know how to make a meal!! They have an array of different options but
for me it was breakfast with a mimosa! Maxi was the best and she took excellent care of me with a smile and patience for my first timer status!!
The people are solid and more importantly I felt like I was in heaven; happy and fulfilled!!

Best local restaurant for breakfast! Friendly server, great food, and I love the atmosphere. They're super busy so I recommend arriving early in the morning because their parking lot is quite small and it's hard to find a parking space.
