I normally don’t leave reviews but this just got to me I guess. No complaints about customer service they were nice but I did wait for about 10 minutes for my food (which is fine) and I heard the lady when I ordered my food repeat back to me NO avocado. I live about 30 minutes away (so I’m not going back to get a new one) and when I got home to eat my sandwich literally had a huge piece of avocado all over (pictured is what I scraped off so I could eat it) and I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered it without avocado and low and behold I did. This is just super annoying and inconvenient. Also not the first time this has happened, which is probably another reason im leaving a review.

This Panera is hands-down the best I've ever been to. As Sip Club members, my wife and I stop in at Paneras on our travels, so we see a lot of locations. At Oxford's, there's never an uncomfortable wait, you actually can use the kiosk to order and get a cup without having to wait on someone to hand you a cup (this is a huge time-saver and not a feature of every other location we've been to). The staff is friendly, the coffee (especially in the mornings) is always hot and fresh, and the atmosphere is always buzzing during busier times of the day, proving that other people have the same favorable opinions as us.

I called ahead to place my order and there wasn't any souffles left , but however, the Manager so kindly asked one of the Cooks if she would mind baking 4 for my order and she said she could have them ready in approximately 30 minutes for me. And I would just like to Thank them and let them know how much they really helped make this exhausted family Caregiver's ( of four) day ! Your helpful kindness brought God's blessings to our day! ❤️✝️. You're awesome!

In this month I had to go back to restaurant twice because they forgot something of my order. I payed for them but they didn’t give a refund and the only solution they offer os to drive again. In the second time It was really hard to go back with traffic and having to load my kids in the car and at least I expected a curtesy card or something to make up their mistake and make wroth the gas and effort but nothing. I also had to mention how expensive they are going now with the tiny proportions they are serving. I ordered their most recent cake and this was for 6$+

Great place to pick up a tasty sandwich or soup! Great selection of beverages too! My favorite is Papaya green tea!
