Came here for lunch, you pretty much serve yourself, no it's not a buffet. They do bring the food out. I don't think it's freshly prepared because it came out with in minutes. It tasted like it's been on a warmer all day. Everything was way overcooked, mushy. The chicken chow main suppose to come with a white sauce and it definitely did not, egg foo young had no flavour. Very disappointed. The only food that was really good were the fried dumplings.

The food was good but not great. Seemed very warmed yp instead of freshly cooked. Also, the hostess told us to have a seat with the menus so we assumed she would come get our order but thats not the way it works here as you need to go to the counter to order. Strange.

The food was very good. I had the coconut shrimp. Our food arrived quickly and was pretty hot. No knives were provided and it was difficult to cut into smaller pieces so it could cool faster. Very pleasant people running the restaurant.

The food was absolutely awesome and delicious! We ordered around 2:50pm and food came out very quickly! Great lunch options. My husband said that it was the best sesame chicken he has ever had! The cream cheese wontons were also extremely good!! We have a cabin in Barnes and decided to try them for the first time.. will definitely be back!! The staff was also really nice!!

Panda House serves up delicious Asian dishes from a variety of heritages, ensuring anyone of any pallete will be satisfied. The interior is charming, ideal for casual meals. Anyone looking for Asian food in Hayward needs to stop at Panda House, hands down.

Bad service and even worse food. I ordered the honey chicken however, what I received tasted like a mix of mustard and sweet and sour sauce. When I asked if I had received the correct thing, I was laughed at and corrected by the lady at the register. Additionally, you have to get your own drinks and they charge for soda by the can. In the end the only positive thing I can say is the joint was clean. I will never come here again, ever.

It took 3 tries to find a place to sit that wasn't broken. Also watched it happen to several people that walked in after me. Food was just OK. Minimal effort put into everything. Lo mein was oily. Crab ragoon was NOT good. Price was ok. $27 for lunch for 2 people. Drank water.

Disappointingly bland food and horrible attitude. Took family of 5 here for lunch $70+. Got one my kids order wrong and blamed it on him and just walked away. Forgot another item which we just gave up. Never got a receipt Kung pow chicken was not spicy as it was supposed to be. My Hot & Spicy Szechuan Pork was fair at best. The fried rice was brown and that is the best I can say about it. Please improve your customer service.
