The food has always been amazing! We love coming here and they have always been accommodating for our baby. The bread pudding is amazing!!!!!! Highly recommend. You must get there early as the place is small and always packed, there isn't room to really wait. It's also cash only!

🙅🏽‍♂️Tex Mex isn't for me, I prefer authentic Mexican. Prices were much too high, cash only which I don't keep on me & cc doesn't have a pin to pull cash out. Dish\portion size were much smaller than most Mexican restaurants. 🤦🏽‍♂️

😮‍💨Limited seating with rain outside when we went, there was already 7 people waiting before they even opened! There's plenty of other surrounding buildings gone out of business, consider a bigger place🤔

👌🏽Really liked the environment, I loved the staff. Nothing personal just wouldn't recommend you. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Pancho & Lefty's is worth stopping for a bite to eat. My wife and I had 2 burgers, Chipotle and Mushroom, and they were both exactly what was expected. Make sure to ask for lettuce and tomato. The food was not fancy, but it was a solid meal and it tasted great. Next time we are in the beautiful city of Monroe we will go back.

Not one bad thing to say about this place! I recommend it to everyone if they haven’t tried it. Might be small place and might be a wait for a table. Recommend making reservations if you can! Anything you try on the menu won’t disappoint you at all!

There are three things you need to know about Pancho and Lefty's Outlaw Grill before you go. #1 Cash only (the staff even has this printed on their shirts), they do have an ATM inside for convenience.
#2 Space is limited, they do have outdoor seating available but don't count on it, this is the Midwest and weather is subject to change. You may have to wait.
#3 The food at Pancho and Lefty's is amazing.

The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food is out of this world. We opened with fried pickles, which were crisp without being over-breaded, served with Sriracha sauce and a cucumber sauce. I had the Spicy Steak Burrito that had tender and juicy cuts of steak and just the right amount of heat. My wife had the saucy delight that was their Pulled Pork Sandwich. To top it off, we shared there Bread Pudding and that was a pure decadent chocolate out of body experience. If you're in Monroe, eat here!
