Great bang for your buck. It's not luxurious by any means. But it's a price friendly clean place to sleep on your travels. The room, sheets, bathroom all not just looked clean but smelled clean too. I'd recommend this budget friendly to those not caring about the whole fancy hotel experience.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this place Literally a ghetto hotel across the street there is a homeless shelter that is actually a old motel six the bed is hard harder than rocks you’re uncomfortable TV didn’t work no phone to get a hold of the reception desk in the room, You got zombie crackheads walking around all hours of the night yelling get out of California. You got people fighting First thing in the morning. This hotel was completely unpleasant.

I’ve booked several hotels through Hotels.com. I’ve never had an issue with my profile name being a short version of my legal name where all credit card payments have always been accepted and processed. The front lobby attendant would not allow me to check in, would not give me a key card even though the room was already purchased with my own credit card because my Booking.com profile states “Eddie” and not Eduardo.. Again. I already purchased and had receipt and payment processed and I was denied the room. No service was provided for the transaction I paid for. I was then told to update the APP profile and sit in my car at 10pm while it updated for her peace of mind. Paid $76 and it’s def worth about $50 at best. The Red Roof inn nearby had better amenities.

While the Palms Inn & Suites offered a decent enough stay for a budget traveler, it definitely showed its age. The room was clean, but the decor and furnishings felt outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use some updating. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheap place to crash, but don't expect luxury.

Positive: Nothing Negative: From the second I got there.There was a problem. He did not give me a receipt. When I got to the room, the TV didn't work and there were roaches, so then he moved me to a different room and the t v still didn't work.Never stay here again

Positive: There is nothing to like. Negative: The appearance of the motel used to be very nice. Now it's construction. My tub was very dirty and not working properly. The shower head sprayed EVERYWHERE.The floor was flooded in the bathroom AND room. The Indian guy was very rude to me and yelled at me

Customer service here is horrible. I checked in with my three children and I asked for more towels. Nobody ever brought me towels. The lady was cleaning the room next door to me and I asked her for a few towels and she will not give me any towels. There is no microwave. A lot of unhoused people are walking around the property. The room had writing on the mirrors and the smoke detector was missing. The room was just dirty and trifling

Horrible staff service from the ladies in the office at this cheap $40 worth a night motel that they charge double and some Xtra for. I called the office after I booked online and spoke to a nice and friendly guy that answered the phone and asked is there an early check in available and the gentleman replied with 2 o'clock I showed up to the location and the lady that relieved the guy I spoke with would not allow this to happen while she was sitting there eating her food on the clock she obviously just recently clocked in to her shift as she turned away to ignore my presence and finish her foods! Every time I come to this location which happens to b n a convenient location the women in the office give off a presudice demeaning type of feeling towards me if it wasn't for the helpful and friendly person I felt with on the phone I wouldn't return. It's a 50/50 chance of catching the guy at work but the ladies are wearing that thin
