Thank God we ran into Dave who helped us find our room and helped us navigate thru all the new appliances. Our room was clean, and newly painted by Dave. It was spacious with dual sinks in the bathroom and a nice kitchenette. Warm and comfy with a new heater/ac. All in all great room close to everything and tennis.

What you think of this place depends on what you are looking for. If a low price for a clean place in a good location is your main interest, this would fit the bill. The room is very spacious, you can walk to restaurants and groceries, etc. and it is quiet.||If you ar thinking this is a hotel with hotel amenities like I did, you will be less pleased. I would have given this a 3-star review, but for someone looking for the above, it is probably a 5-star, so settled on the middle ground.||It lacks some things that I consider essential like: hair dryer, more than 1 bath towel per person, pool towels and soap. There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom but the soap was so watered down that it was essentially useless. Besides soap, we bought some things normally expected like kleenex. My husband loved the firm bed; I did not. He slept well even though the blackout curtains don't block the blast of light coming in from the pool which is lit up like a football stadium at night. I put something over my eyes to sleep which worked but wasn't the most comfortable way to sleep. Some other things that would have been nice to have: a tea kettle (used a saucepan to make tea), more than 1 pillow per person (there were many hard, oddly-shaped decorative pillows, but only 2 bed pillows) and a bottle of spray cleaner since only had our room cleaned once during a 5-day stay.||My husband said he would return, but I would not. So, use the above experience to make up your own mind.

Although this was advertised as a “luxury suite” it was anything but luxury. The office for this facility is not labeled. There’s no office phone number or sign - I only was able to be directed to the correct person because a maintenance guy saw me wandering around the property trying to find the office. Once we got in the room, there was a very noticeable chemical odor mixture of cleaner and insect spray that even though we tried to air out the room, never fully went away. It really made the stay uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room, even though that was an advertised feature. The front of the stove was completely missing. We had to ask for coffee for the coffee maker. Although we had three people clearly on our reservation, there were only two towels in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was a blue light on some type of apparatus on the ceiling that we could not turn off. It kept waking me up at night and I had no way to block it off or turn it off. Having there’s no office present on the property. I could not go to find help at night to figure out how to get this horrible light off. The floor lamp in the corner of the room could not be manually turned off, and we had to unplug it to turn it on and off ||The good point of it is the location was convenient to the stage theater that we were attending a production at. There is food and grocery nearby. The room itself was very quiet at night in the area was also quiet and the parking was well illuminated. The manager once located was friendly.

Unit has full refrigerator and stove/oven. Very clean and comfortable! The WiFi is excellent. The pools and hot tub were awesome! New quiet air conditioning. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to Albertsons and Starbucks! Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Love this hotel! They have a kitchen too and a great pool! The owner is around and very helpful.
