2023.06.30 - Wonderful how this place does a great job in advertising for its city. So much history to review and learn. I feel sad for the original people who called Alaska their home.

The visitor center was ok. They had a very interesting film, but it is in the main area so with everyone talking I really couldn't hear it. The colony house is worth walking down to,and the garden is quite nice.

If you set your Google map navigation to 'Palmer' without any specific location, this is where the map will bring you to. The center is in the middle of the park catering for information about the city's attractions, plus different kinds of souvenirs you can buy for memories.
