Claire Walton is an AMAZING travel agent! She organized our group trip for 8 to Tulum, Mexico and everything was great! We even booked 2 excursions through her that went off without a hitch. She took her time to send us physical and digital copies of our travel documents within the few weeks before our trip and set aside time from her own personal vacation to do a zoom call with us to ensure we did not have any unanswered questions before our trip. There was a small hiccup with one of the members of our group having some incorrect info in the airline database that she was able to fix right away.
