Sailing with Mick on a private sailing with Pacifica was so much fun. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was a wonderful and funny Captain. It was smooth sailing all the way and we got to see lots of seals, the Navy and animal kind, and spotted some dolphin too. If you are in the area and want the luxury of a private sail with family or friends, look no further, this is the company to book with. Thank you Mick for a really fun few hours and memories for a lifetime!

We had an awesome catamaran ride with Pacifica Sailing Charters. Mick was a great captain and a perfect host taking our group to see seals and dolphins. It was such a relaxing/fun day and we'll definitely be back.

We booked this excursion last minuet but it was worth it! Captain Mick was a great Captain to have as he was talkative, but also gave us time to sit quietly and enjoy the views. We went for a 2-hour private sail and BYOB and it was the perfect amount of time to sail around the bay and enjoy the sights. Additionally, I was highly impressed with Captain Mick and his skills, as we used the boat engine to get out of the marine, but then we used the sails the rest of the time, to include coming back into the marina to dock the boat. Captain Mick expertly used the wind and sails to his advantage and you can tell he brings a wealth of experience to the sailing excursion. If you have time, this was a really fun sailing excursion and it was well worth the money.

Mick was a great help in guiding me through the burial process, and the cost was reasonable. We had a lovely experience scattering our sister’s remains at sea and celebrating her with a toast off of the tip of Point Loma near Coronado. We enjoyed talking with Captain Curtis. He made our experience enjoyable. We did some sightseeing as well.

Cannot say enough about Pacifica sailing charters, and our wonderful, knowledgeable captain Mick! We had never sailed before, and Captain Mick made our experience of our private, sunset sail absolutely fantastic, safe, fun and filled with amazing sites of downtown San Diego. Not to mention, we were able to have some of our own appetizers, BYOB and the gift that our captain had given us made our sunset sale even more special. Highly recommend Pacifica sailing charters and Captain Mick. We will definitely be back to sail again!

My boyfriend and I had a sailing booked for a Saturday afternoon in October! It was both our first time ever being on a sailboat so we had no clue what to expect. By the end of it, we were both pleased and happy with the experience! It was an amazing and peaceful afternoon out on the water. Captain Mick was an excellent tour guide. He pointed out sights we had never seen before and taught us some new things. He also offered recommendations for places check out in San Diego, which we went and did that same weekend! I booked a private charter with Pacifica Sailing Charters for my 30th birthday and couldn’t recommend it enough! Captain Curtis was extremely accommodating to us as the captains were suppose to have the day off but he brought my friends and I out for a 2 hour sunset sail! He was extremely knowledgeable and also very fun, letting us bring all our own snacks/drinks on board and also allowing us to connect our music to his Bluetooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting San Diego!

“This was the best birthday surprise!” Says the birthday boy. Pacifica Sailing Charters and Captain Curtis, helped made this birthday celebration memorable. Captain Curtis was very professional, fun and knowledgeable. Manisha provided us with great food for our cruise. Everyone had a fabulous time. This is a MUST do if you want to spend a few hours on a great catamaran, beautiful weather and soaking in the awesome San Diego sun. The booking process was easy and the boat was spacious for our party of 8.
