Wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious room. Great service. Beautiful views and great amenities. You’d be pressed to find a better place to stay.

I brought my dog, and there were plenty of places to take him and spend time with him on the property.

I love this hotel. It has the modern amenities with the old school charm of a big hotel. We have stayed here several times for business functions, meetings and holiday parties. Everyone loves it. The staff is warm and personable. We look forward to the next meeting and party.

I stayed 5 nights there for office work and my whole experience was nothing but overwhelming. The views, room, cafe, customer service everything was top notch and remarkable. I took my family there and they loved the hotel as well. We enjoyed swimming and playing golf at the resort. Lyza a front desk person was an amazing person and made our experience memorable with her amazing customer service ! This is my place when visiting LA from now onwards

The property is beautiful and staff is better. Excellent. We enjoyed the food and service at Red, and the ability to sit in the beautiful surroundings and relax. The pool is beautiful, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean. This place was an unexpected jewel.

Little bit mixed review of this resort. The staff is lovely, kind & helpful. The view from our room is spectacular! The pool & patio area is just beautiful. The Red restaurant & bar is nice, though set up a little weird. The food was good & with very large portions. They need to have snacks at the bar for people that arrive later in the day! The Sally Spa here is fantastic & beautiful! The hotel its self is definitely in need of some upgrades as it is pretty dated & worn, especially the bathrooms. The bedding needs improvement, especially the pillows & blankets. There is just some modernization that needs to happen here, such as the meal voucher system is tacky. A bit of improvements & this hotel would be a gem! The Ike golf course is tough but beautiful. The abundant bunkers need sand badly, they are rock hard, but the greens fees are extremely reasonable, though the practice range kinda sucks but the balls are included.

Do not recommend. Nice place but like the front desk guy said “hotel is old” and the air conditioning is so obnoxiously loud we couldn’t sleep. Front desk said to turn the temp higher so the AC doesn’t come on as frequently which doesn’t make sense because then we’re hot. We left the temp at 72 during the day and 70 at night but the AC would come on every 20 minutes and make such loud noises we couldn’t rest. Told the front desk guy and he didn’t really offer any solutions.

Best wine and dine at Reds with the finest views of the San Gabriel Valley and foothills. The staff is always great and the rooms and facility is always clean. My best time to visit is summertime for the swimming pool and golf course fun in the sun!

Stayed at this resort for a NYE event. Hotel is well kept and so are rooms, although a bit dated. Staff were friendly and efficient. Free parking is a welcome feature these days. Would like to try the golf course next time as I hear it is quite beautiful and challenging.
