The lobby staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The valet crew was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our vehicle was taken care of quickly. We especially appreciated the convenience of having lounge chairs available right by the beach, which made relaxing by the water even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and nearby attractions. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we felt truly taken care of. We will definitely be returning for another stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great beachside experience!

Had a great stay this last month at the Pacific Edge Hotel. My friends and I wanted a staycation and what a memorable one it was! Anthony checked us in and was very resourceful throughout our stay! Thanks man. The stay itself was great.. I mean beach front ocean view and the bros liked it, 10/10. Definitely will be coming back.

I went for my birthday with my son and daughter, we had a parcial view of the ocean, it was pretty and the sound of the waves were soothing, we had the whole beach to ourselves in the early morning, the room had a minimal vibe with wicker and earth tones, very clean & cute, we walked to The Cliff restaurant for dinner and saw the sunset, listened to live music, for breakfast we walked to the Driftwood for breakfast, we were one of the first ones there so it was nice and quiet. Loved this place!

We stayed in a premier oceanfront suite and it was all perfect! Exquisite view, large balcony, comfortable bed, very clean and updated. Great to walk down a few stairs for our beach walk. Hotel front staff was extremely helpful. Great to have valet parking !

We had an incredible stay at the Pacific Edge Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and we were just steps away from the beach.

We did valet our car, but easily gained access to it the entire stay if we needed to get anything. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, and the views were just beautiful. This was our first time in Laguna, and we will definitely be back to this hotel!

My 2 granddaughters and I had a lovely stay at Pacific Ridge! The staff was wonderful and the rooms were kept very clean. Shawn at the front desk was very kind and accommodating! When in Laguna Niguel, I’ll be back! Thank you for a relaxing visit!

We came for the Crab Cake Benedict, which was absolutely delicious, but ended up staying longer to fully enjoy the incredible atmosphere and stunning views. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—every person we encountered, from the valet to the bartender, front desk staff, beach attendant, and even the housekeeper, greeted us with warm and genuine smiles. It's rare to feel so welcomed throughout an entire property!

And the views? Simply breathtaking. Our room had the best vistas of Southern California—nothing compares. Whether it was the sunrise or sunset, we were treated to a panoramic spectacle that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect combination of great food, excellent service, and unbeatable scenery!

Booked online in January for our kids spring break trip in mid March. Drove 11 hours to stay here because it use to be our favorite place to stay. When we arrived they said we had booked the room at the "wrong rate". But when asked to show us where you can choose the rates on their site, they couldn't show us. So then we offered to pay more which was about double the original price they started giving us extremely rude service and discriminating words. The "manager" was the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken too. Highly recommend you go stay somewhere else. Much better options on the beach that have friendly staff and way cleaner rooms.
