The walls have holes in them. The furniture is falling apart. The person in the room next to me smoked and coughed all night. I woke up to my room and everything in it smelled of smoke. If I don't get my deposit back due to smoke, I will go back to cause 100$ worth of trouble in the parking lot. The staff was nice. SAVE UR MONEY. Go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Wished I would of read the reviews before booking. The lady at the front desk is rude. Charged me an extra $40 to get a non smoking room when I had paid for a non smoking room the night before and it was $10 cheaper. Charged me the $100 deposit this time since I told her it felt like a scam. Only to begin reading reviews that not 1 single person has gotten a refund. The rooms are in poor condition. Definitely not worth the money. They also don't let people inside the lobby for some reason. Nothing but red flags in this motel

This experience was awful. Not only with their online booking issues which charged my bank 3 times even though it said payment failed.

Day of check in was Dec 31st. We arrived around 7 ish. Lobby is CLOSED!! WTF. They have a buzzer/bell you can ring for assistance outside. It's the desert, sun is down lobby is closed it cold outside. Rang bell 4 times. Now panicking that I've been played and debating on calling police.... I decide to knock on glass window loudly since apparently their bell doesn't work.

Whoever checked me in was rude and made me check out OUTSIDE IN THE COLD. Was very specific about no damages no mess or I'll keep the $100 deposit. ALREADY so many red flags. I've told myself let's record the state of the hotel room to ensure they don't try to keep my deposit. I record and take photos. The room is trashed. Holes on walls, picture frames ripped out of wall, AC is DUCT Taped together splits in the doors, broken toilet paper holders. Fridge does not work, remote to tv does not work and NO HAND SOAP. After crying for a good 30 minutes about having to spend new years here, my boyfriend booked us a new hotel at Best Western.. shout out to Best Western for amazing service and check in that was inside! Within an hour I've checked out of OYO and went to Best Western. The OYO employees had zero questions as to why I was checking out,.did not ask if there was anything they could do. They checked me out the following day instead of same day so I was charged for my whole stay when I checked out within the hour of checking in due to the room state, and customer service.

I have never had this experience at any other hotel this was my first experience with them and will absolutely be my last. I would not recommend this establishment or it's customer service, website anything for this company.

The hotel was situated in a seedy part of town. I had to check in through a glass window from the outside. The room was filthy. The carpets alone were gross. The towels were so stained we didn't dare use them. The microwave handle was broken. The bathroom door hinges were broken and glued together. Mini Fridge wouldn't stay on because the plug kept falling out of the outlet. The mattresses were very old and stained. We lasted maybe one hour in the room and then decided to pack up and leave to a better hotel. It was so bad there we left knowing we were risking not getting a refund for the two nights we booked. I was right. No one is even caring to get back to me about our concerns. We won't be returning to Oyo.

Basic dive motel, moderately clean and suitable for a one night stay but only an average value.
Old stained popcorn ceilings, a television that didn't work and body wash (vs soap) for your hands. Food from close by truck stop/gas stations but convenient for getting on/off freeway. Lots of fighting and noise from sketchy individuals in parking area.

We lost power at our home and had to find a cheap motel quick.. this was the first place we called that had an open room at 11pm. We made the 30 minute drive and checked in around midnight. We were told checkout was 11am the next morning. The room was dirty, the bathtub had dead bugs in it. I was staying alone in the room with my two young daughters, I'm a single mom. I was already nervous about this. Someone (I’m assuming hotel staff) attempted to enter my room at 8:45am the next morning while we were all still asleep. Thankfully I had the chain locked. It was pretty scary. We tried to use the pool and we were told no because “the dust storm last night left dust in the pool.” As an AZ native, I know that a pool can be swam in the day after a dust storm. You just have to clean it. The pool looked perfectly clean. They just don’t want to deal with servicing it after it’s used. It’s 105 degrees in July. Open the pool. Stop being lazy. Also communicate with your maids to let them know which rooms haven’t been checked out of yet so that they don’t open doors to sleeping guests. It was a very scary way to be woken up. Unlike others though, I did receive my deposit back. So I gave two stars for that reason only. Otherwise it was a 1 star stay.

Rooms are nasty. Smell bad. Stains on the sheets. Charges a refundable 100$ deposit claims it will be returned next day. So far 4 days have went by and haven’t received refund. Went back to hotel and talked to owner he is rude and unprofessional and now says 7-14 days for refund. Never staying in another oyo ever again. Attached photo of disgusting shower.

I booked here through a third party site before with no issues like I've done at a thousand other hotels. This time I called ahead for a price match and the guy on the phone was offended and said he won't honor a third party booking and wanted more money... I thought that was weird and booked third party anyways... I showed up at 2am very tired after driving 7 hours and he told me he has my reservation but is having technical difficulties and cannot give me a room or refund. I'm not upset, I went to a different hotel. I just want to put this out there, very strange, I've never experienced this in my life.
