We were fleeing Hurricane Milton and have a small dog. Options were limited. Dirty outside. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, dirty bathroom. Housekeeping left dirty sheets on the table from the previous guests. I pulled back the sheet and there was a tiny black bug running. Went to the bathroom and more tiny bugs running on the floor. Stained toilet. Chipped toilet seat. We stayed 2 of our 3 night reservation. We will never stay at a Days Inn or Wyndham again. I had to give a 1 star but they deserved 0. No breakfast as advertised but if they can’t keep a room clean, their kitchen is probably dirty also.

This was a frightening horrible experience for my brother who unfortunately had to stay at this place because his 4star hotel canceled his reservation. This place looked like a drug addicts paradise, and the price for their disgusting, outdated room was way over priced ($100 +). Inside the room were roaches, and the bedcover was gross!!!. In the bathroom there was a big hole in the wall, it was cover with a board. The hole was big enough for a person to sneak into the room. This place was sketchy and for this reason my brother decided not to leave his luggage or valuable items in that room. Turns out his instincts were correct. Because when he left the room he closed the curtains and turned on the AC and the TV, but later when he returned that night, he immediately noticed that the curtains were opened. Upon entering the room he discovered that the TV and AC had been turned off. It was very obvious that someone had watched him leave, and had entered his room possibly looking for money or valuable items. This place has setup written ALL over it, and we believe that they are entering that room through the hole in the bathroom wall. "To the Management and staff," there is no need to write a fake apology to appeal to the readers of this review, to persuad them all is well hoping they disregard this review and possibly decide to stay at your sleazy, greasy, slimy, grimy, dope-hole, rodents infestation motel or whatever y'all calling it.

Beware of this place first of all my room at this place was 120 dollars. The towels were dirty the room had the worst smell of body odor I've ever smelled the the exhaust vent in the bathroom against the wall had enough of space in it where you could see on the room behind it and the sink and counter had hair shavings all over it. If the weather wasn't so terrible that night I'd of got a refund. Again Beware of this place.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The lock was broken. As soon as we walked in we saw roaches crawling on the dresser that the non working TV was sitting on. The toilet had dried urine on it. And there was a plate of chicken and dumplings in the microwave from I'm assuming the previous occupants (or maybe that was the complimentary breakfast ?)
I didn't even check the condition of the beds because we did not stay. Only positive thing is they did refund us with no hassle.

I stayed in room 206 through Expedia. Everything was great. Check in was quick . Room and linens was clean . Ac and TV worked great . Shower was excellent. I had no problems whatsoever. Room was alot cheaper than rooms around casino. I would stay here again

Have you taken care of those issues that I read about in the reviews? This place sounds like a dump. Let me know, I am thinking about spending some time in Atmore.

I can not believe what happened today. Me and my husband come from a long way and we could not wait to check in to rest but they lady denied us EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RESERVE ROOM. She claimed that they had no available rooms when there were barely any cars in the parking lot. I could not believe what happened today. I’m in the process of getting a refund and I would never recommend.

This was the worst place. We were booked 2 nights in a suite. It was a large room, and that was the only positive. The carpet stains everywhere, no phone, no closet or hanging bar or any thing to put clothes on. The bathroom had no extra toilet paper, no hand towels and spit from teeth brushing was all over the mirror. We couldn't check in until after check in time and the lobby had little kids dirty clothes laying on the floor. The lobby bathroom had little girls dirty underwear in the floor Nd no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. This place was disgusting. My husband and I drove down the road and luckily there had been cancellation at a decent hotel. We were charges $275 and they would not even refund the second night. We did not ask for the first since we checked in and were there more than hour. Dont waste your money.
