Great place and people! The breakfast was delicious and they even serve a great dinner. The best thing about this place is the people. Awesome service with friendly smiles! Rooms are clean and sanitized. The parking lot was clean and safe. I love this place!

My stay was one of the most pleasant experience. The staff is just amazing, friendly, kind, always asking if I needed anything. The cleaning staff was just as pleasant, I needed extra towels and cups always available for what ever my needs were. The kitchen staff was great. Breakfast was delicious and the dinners I did have were just simply delicious. I can't express enough how wonderful everyone was. I would recommend my friends and family and I would definitely return.

Great stay! The breakfast and dinner are wonderful and the staff is very friendly. A great place to stay. We enjoyed the evening cocktail hour and chili bowls! What a treat on a cold day. The workout room is nice as well. It had enough equipment to get a full body workout

I had to evacuate my home on short notice. I arrived in a state of emotional distress and didn’t have clothes or medicine to take care of recent injuries. Everyone I encountered showed me the most gracious hospitality. In particular, the lady managing the front desk the next morning (I can’t remember her name) went out of her way to make me more comfortable and set me at ease. The food there was the best I had ever gotten when meals are included. The room very comfortable and clean, had everything I could possibly want for a relaxing visit. Housekeeping staff extraordinary. I recommend this outstanding hotel very highly, and would go out of my way to stay here again when I need a room. Thank You so Much!

The staff is always great! Rooms are always very clean. Love the gym, sauna and the heated pool/spa and bbq area. The breakfast and dinners that comes with your stay are always very good. One of the BEST in the AV even with all the new ones popping up. Our favorite place to stay when we are in the area.

I review hotel stays & I give great ones & bad ones. We had a bad experience last time we stayed here but we thought we would give them another try. Big mistake. I could expand on all of these but given only a short response. Let’s start with the property. Sketchy people hanging out. The rooms are smaller than a motel 6. The shower water went from blazing hot to freezing cold. The hotel is so old the bathroom door does not shut due to being warped. Only a half a roll of toilet paper so you have to be embarrassed asking for another roll at the desk. Only 1 ice machine working. Parting at the pool on Christmas eve until midnight when I had to call the desk to ask them to quite the partiers down. The desk asked me where at the pool. Really, it’s literally 20 ft from your desk! The breakfast saying that you have a grill and if you ask for an egg burrito your told, sorry it’s all mixed together with sausage and bacon which I can’t eat due to acid reflex. No muffins like EVERY hotel have. They only have regular glass coffee cups so no lid and a great chance of burning myself or wearing the coffee taking it to my room for my wife. So, I had to find a fast- food place open to get something edible and bring my wife a coffee and a muffin. So, we have learned our lesson and will not be coming back to this hotel. We have stayed at another hotel just down the road in the past and it is worth the $20.00 more to stay the way your supposed to with a clean and nice hotel.

The place is amazing every time! Which is why I keep coming back!! Always friendly and helpful staff!! The breakfast alone is amazing!! Now they do a dinner!! Plus drinks at the bar!! How can you beat that? The pillows are always fluffy as well!

The TV and channels suck it said we get showtime never did first the TV did not work so someone from the front desk came to fix it we tried changing the channel only got a few we stayed somewhere Else the night before and we got amazing channels over there.But Oxford needs to step up the game and get better channels and bigger t.Is especially if you're paying over a $150 for a room.|Breakfast was amazing
