We were here for a volleyball tournament and had a great stay. Girls were happy to be in walking distance to the mall and restaurants across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Great happy hour and the bartender is so nice. Breakfast buffet and breakfast staff were great! Rooms facing the river have a nice view. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great service from front desk staff, to house cleaning, to the breakfast staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Everything was clean! The pool and hot tub spa were such a luxury, even their sauna, after a nice workout and steam room. Food was delicious every day!! And if you did not want to make a trip to the store, they have a small store on the main floor! Need somewhere to stay in the Valley? This is definitely the place!!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! The rooms were huge and beds were comfy 🙂 I would 1000% recommend! I love that they do beverage and breakfast vouchers as well. Very convenient for food and shopping as well. |We ended up needing a bottle opener and one of the sweet ladies at the front desk let us borrow hers. 😉

The hotel staff very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. This is so important to my 88yr old mother. Enjoyed walking my dog on the trail out back by the river. Breakfast was a nice selection. Didn't get to use the pool but lots of other did, maybe next time. We will be back.

We had a nice, quality room. It is not extremely modern, but it is well kept. A walk-in shower would be a nice addition. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel has top notch staff with a lot of patience during a really busy weekend. They handled themselves well and were very pleasant.

I stay at Oxford by the Spokane Valley Mall. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I stay there around Christmas every year as it is convenient and close to all of the places that I shop. The only complaint I have is there was none of the lotion in my room for the two nights I stayed. I love the smell of it and missed having it this year. Small complaint I know and if I had called the front desk I know they would have brought some up but I didn't want to bother anyone for it. Wonderful place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. I 100% recommend staying at Oxford.

We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed our time. I'd say the best part of our stay was the service. Every single person we interacted with was so friendly. Katy checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. I had to call for assistance in the room the first night. Don came and helped within 2 minutes of our call!! He was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide us service.

The rooms seemed really quiet. I never heard anyone in the hall. We had the back side view of the river and trees, which was nice! The pool seemed clean and a great size. The breakfast staff was amazing as well. We took 3 tired kids. I didn't catch her name, but what looked to be the breakfast manager was so friendly. She made sure we had the food we needed for our kiddos and was smiling the entire time. So friendly!!!

I will definitely make this my first pick in hotels when coming through again. My only real complaints were in the handicap room, the sink was really large and hard to reach the back. Our AC didn't seem too consistent to keep it cool, but we were able to crack the window and that helped a lot. Other than that, it was absolutely great!!!

Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the Centennial trail for a morning run beside the river. Walking distance to Twigs for dinner and to the movie theater for after dinner. Good breakfast, and all for significantly less money than the other places we were considering. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay on the east side of Spokane.
