Nice updates done during Covid! Fun design details and great wallpaper! Love the gated parking! Wonderful customer service at the front desk! Room was lovely and fresh! Breakfast was crazy busy and slightly difficult to get items that you may want all together as there were so many people eating at one time. I had to give up on the omelette bar, which is a wonderful idea, but it was going to be a very long wait! However, I would stay again as the location and pricing is fair.

This is a fine hotel for the price. Very clean in all spaces - the rooms, the common areas, and the pool. A filling complimentary breakfast with omelets to order and several other warm foods. A complimentary drink from the bar every happy hour as well! Easy car parking in a safe location. The swimming pool is not heated but my kids loved it anyway. Nice showers in the room too. Everything in the hotel felt relatively new/remodeled. My only nit is that the beds in our room were full size, not queen size. Other than that we had a fine stay!

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, gated parking that uses your room key, comfortable beds, and a restaurant/bar. We ran into a few minor issues, so I’ll talk about those as our stay was excellent overall. |Weekend breakfast doesn’t start until 7am and we had to be at my daughter’s tournament at that time so we didn’t get to have anything Saturday morning. They didn’t have any grab and go items out before hot breakfast was served, so that was disappointing. Sunday morning had a good solid hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage links and patties, oatmeal, pancakes and the best part was made to order omelets. The one thing that is missing is cinnamon rolls or pastries or something sweet for kids. Also the toppings for the pancakes weren’t labeled, and my daughter put a large amount of sour cream on hers thinking it was whipped cream (which seemed reasonable since it was next to the blueberries and diced strawberries). A big bite of that first thing in the morning was very off putting. |The only other issue was that it was 1.5 hour wait for food on Friday evening after we arrived and they don’t do room service. We ordered from a local restaurant through door dash instead. |There’s no grab bars in the shower or tread/mat in the bottom and it was really slippery - to the point of being a little scary. But the shower itself was super clean as well as our whole room. |There were some unhoused people in the neighborhood, but no panhandling or anything else that would be problematic for a woman traveling with her daughter so we felt very safe at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and staffing was very friendly and efficient. Loved that they had a secure parking lot (although one night had the entrance gate broken but there was a security guard checking room keys.) Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was the best we’ve had in a hotel with water pressure enough to wash the day’s grime right off! My husband loved the bar and the hotel’s social hour (I don’t drink and passed my drink on to a friendly Marine who was there for training.) After a long drive the restaurant on premise offered a simple and tasty menu. I would/will stay in another Oxford Suites hotel the next time I travel and there is one at our destination!

Quiet and very comfortable. Secure parking. Wonderful breakfast with a design your own omelet. Eggs were cooked fresh as well. The room had great lighting and very comfortable bed. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get on and off of I5, either direction.

A super nice and updated hotel with excellent customer service. My coworker and I checked into our rooms late with Grant at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and offered some of the best dining recommendations!

I got a nicer king suite which was spacious. My only complaint for the room was no fan in the bathroom and it was 80 degrees earlier in the day so even though I checked in at 10:30pm it was HOT. The TVs are also close together so using the remote would turn on both TVs unless you walk up to the TV which defeats the purpose of a remote.

Breakfast was hot and good. However a huge red-flag was the sausage was labeled as pork and turkey - split into two. First of all these should be in separate trays completely so as to avoid cross contamination. Second, it was empty when I opened it but I saw the employee coming with a tray. I held the lid open for her as she proceeded to dump ALL pork sausage into both sides. This is highly unacceptable for those with allergies, religious beliefs, and health code. I alerted the front desk but I hope this is taken very seriously.

Overall a great choice for an amazing price. My room was $127 after fees. I wish I had more time to enjoy the pool and sauna! Nearby shopping and close to downtown without the crazy traffic.

First time to stay in Portland and this location was great since you have HWY literally 1/4 mile away. Very secure parking area, you have to have a room key to access secured parking lot. Check-in was the toughest I have ever encountered. Require credit card and has to have a chip and they don’t take any cash. The front desk lady who checked me in and out was great, I would have gone someplace else law if it wasn’t for here doing all she could to make checkin easy.they require $100 deposit /incidentals. Room was nice and clean. And this was a very quite place did not here another person or a door slam shut the entire time I was there (2 nights). They call them suites but it looks like they took a regular hotel room and built a wall diving room In half with a bed on one side and a sofa on the other and call it a suite: I ate at their bar and they had a good hamburger.I would stay again if my work brought me back to Portland again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We were traveling on vacation and booked the hotel on a whim. The individual we spoke with was very accommodating and helped us reserve a room quickly and easily.|Once you check in and get your room key you are able to access their gated parking lot. This was an amazing feature I’ve not experienced at many hotels!|The hotel itself was very well kept. It was clean and felt inviting the moment you step inside. The room followed suit being very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! We also enjoyed the stand-in shower with dual heads.|The gym is very well stocked and again was kept very clean. The equipment was in good condition and offered several options for an extensive workout. The pool area looked very nice with a hot tub and sauna.|The staff we interacted with were all incredibly kind and courteous.|The complementary breakfast was also something I’ve not experience at many hotels as they had an omelet bar. Simply take a slip of paper, select your options, and the chef makes it for you right there! They also had a variety of options including eggs, potatoes, sausage, turkey sausage, French toast, yogurt, etc.|The only downside that prevented this from being a 5 star review was the lack of food preparation/restocking for the breakfast. While having an omelet bar was awesome, there were only two cooks focusing on breakfast. This meant one focused only on omelets while the other had to prepare and maintain the rest of the breakfast bar. When we first went up there was no sausage, French toast, or yogurt. While the sausage and French toast did eventually get filled, they also disappeared just as quick. The yogurt never got refilled the entire time we were eating.|Now I understand that staffing is still a big concern many places and it’s possible the hotel is understaffed, but I did still wish to call it out.|Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and regardless of the minor breakfast concern we would definitely stay here again!
