This was a surprisingly nice stay, especially for the price. Everyone who worked here was so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent; central to everything but not on a main street. The rooms have everything you need. And they not only serve a hot breakfast daily, they actually had a hot dinner five nights a week. The food was quite good, too. It was quieter than I expected, and I felt safe (important for a solo female traveler). I would definitely stay here again if I were in the AV.

I like this motel. It's definitely dated and needs to be torn down or moved into a new building. It has always been clean when I have stayed and that's what is important to me. I have never used the pool or jacuzzi but they do have one. I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast very much. Whenever I stay I make sure I have time in my schedule to eat there. I particularly liked the breakfast burritos. They were delicious and easy to eat on my way to work. I have not tried the dinner they offer but I assume it's as good as the breakfast. The rooms are a little bit higher than others in the area but if you figure the free meals into the price I think it's fair. Another thing that I have noticed is every room I have had comes with a little fridge and a microwave. I have stayed at the motel 6 across the street and I had to pay extra and it was a lot sketchier. Especially with the boarded up motel right behind it that has crackheads crawling around at all hours of the day and night.

Rooms definitely need to be upgraded, the trap couch I had in my room is pretty much unacceptable! Also you might as well forget house keeping as you need to request it 24hrs ahead of time 😖 but that wasn’t explained durning checking in at all, until I called to request for additional towels and toilet paper, oh which you have to walk back up to service desk to retrieve 🤣 for the price you still should get a clean room and extra essentials in your room… the price is does include a drink and a “dinner” I use that word loosely but I’d rather had a clean updated room and room essentials then a cheap drink and a less than decent microwaved meal.

Fantastic value! The price was fair, and they even throw in breakfast and dinner during the week—a nice perk. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help. It’s not a 5-star place, but it sure covers a lot of bases. Would stay here again.

This was my third stay here. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and I love the complimentary drink at the social. Breakfast is good. Dinner is meh but hey, it’s free! I’m sure I’ll be back. Love having a full sized fridge in the kitchen suites.

Decent place with simple, good breakfast. Nice staff, Kelsey at the front desk was great. Easy access to the highway and close to a lot of stores, restaurants etc. Not really quiet because of the highway, and busy, but nothing too crazy.

It is the first time I stayed in a hotel in my long history of traveling for work that I left something behind and it is not returned. I left two things that always are entangle one to the other one. I used them together. One is a badge you hung over your neck. The other is a long key chain the same you hung over your neck, but this one with my toke to access my computer, a big silver Catrina and a flash light. They recover only the badge. I know anything could happen but i have a very bad taste with this hotel and they personal who attended me.

The service! As an experienced traveler I must say that I was very impressed with the quality of service in this place. Much better than most of the Hiltons we've visited. The front desk is beyond accommodating. Will definitely stay in this hotel every time we come to visit.
