I am so glad we found this hotel. Our room was very attractive and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was large with not only a shower but also a separate bathtub, large counter and sink, separate toilet room and soft and absorbent towels. We had a two queen suite which included a small couch, desk, cabinet with large flat screen TV, tall clothes closet, a microwave, small refrigerator, hot water pot, 2 mugs and coffee and tea packs. (My suggestion would be to add a small light over the coffee area). Complimentary beverages and appetizers were offered in the Bistro, and we each had a glass of wine with chips and queso. There are also many dinner options at a very reasonable price. I had shrimp alfredo with pasta (only $17) and my husband had a BLT with a side salad. We each had another glass of wine which I think was $5 each - very reasonable. Breakfast was served from 6-9 am, We didn't go down until 8 am and there was not a lot left, but some items were being refilled. My only complaint was that all the items, including coffee and juice, hot items, etc. were placed within a small space and to even get a coffee mug and coffee, you had to either get in line just for that, or wait until there was a break in the line. I think some of the items could be moved to other parts of the long counter to help eliminate the bottleneck/congestion. |All in all, we very much enjoyed this hotel and would go back again if we are in the area.

Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even provide 1 free alcoholic beverage per customer along with a complimentary snack each evening. This is a modern and exceptionally clean hotel. It even smells really great. We utilized the nice big hot tub, pool, steam room and sauna. Nice complimentary breakfast too. Super comfortable bed and lots of comfy pillows. This hotel is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.

Super great value. Great staff. Good location. Nice amenities. Check in was easy. Room was clean and large, Was here seven years ago when it first opened, and was pleasantly surprised that Oxford hotel chain still was top notch. The staff was amazing. Super accommodating and friendly.

Super kind and helpful staff, all very friendly. Very nice, clean rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Great value with all the included amenities like free breakfast and complimentary drinks. Location is great too, the mall and Barnes and Noble are both short walks away. No complaints, will definitely stay again!

Been coming since opening, amenities were great before pandemic. Noticeable cutbacks!|The hotel rooms are not kept up to par. The wear is extensive and very noticeable. Shower mat is torn, shower door won’t close!|The reception in evening is downgraded with food and drinks. Used to be 2 drinks per night reduced to one.|No salad bar just soup!

The good thing about this hotel is the shower. The negatives are that the food service quality has gone down hill. The happy hour food was chicken noodle soup which was like out of a packaged mix. Breakfast, anyone could sneeze or cough into the bowl of fruit or peanut butter they have out. Totally disappointed in the food quality. No bananas, apples, occasionally an orange. Also way too many dogs in the hotel. The mattresses could use replacing, the pillows all too thick, some updating needs to be done.

This place is amazing. Every friendly and extremely helpful service. You have everything you need to spend a really great and relaxing time - pool, jacuzzi, steam, and dry rooms, very delicious breakfast (included). On the top of everything, to end the day even better, you have a complimentary drink of your choice and light snack. Everything we needed and even more.

Overall good, but new couch had beetles in it. And mattress needs replacing as sunken middle. Staff friendly professional. Love salad bar and breakfast. Good location for traveling into Canada after long days drive from Oregon. Sheets need replacing as ‘Lilly’.
