Went on Mother's Day. Ughhh... Crowded, very long wait almost 1'30". Hostess kept telling us they were cleaning off the table. Then, when the table was clean, instead of seating our party of 9, they wanted us to wait longer (some standing) to give the waitress a break. They need to pay their employees more possibly to attract more staff to work for them. Severely understaffed. However, the waitress we had was nice but clearly overworked.

This restaurant and the service was absolutely amazing. My waiter David A. was super sweet, cool, and the best waiter I've had in a very long time. He told me what specials we had and gave me options. He also gave his recommendations which were on point. If I'm ever back in Fultondale in the near future this is the restaurant I will be coming back to first!

The service was great the food was good but whatever they sprinkled on the steak they used way too much of it was hot spicy hot. My wife said her salad was great and a lobster tail was good but whatever that was that red pepper on that steak was too hot so besides that everything was good and like I said again the service was great.

My experience was wonderful. The service here was great. The location is excellent for travelers. It is right off the interstate and close to many hotels. My sirloin was cooked as requested. I really enjoyed the crispy balsamic brussel sprouts. They were lightly sweet and salty with wee bit of spicy kick.

I stopped in for lunch for the soup and salad special.
The place was not very busy at 1130 in the morning.
Both the soup and salad were delicious.
But the service, was terrible.
No drink refills. No checking on if I needed another soup. Nothing.
I had to ask the receptionist to find my server so I could get a check and pay because the entire visit was over 45 minutes.
Tasty food, nice decor but shameful service.

I tend to be fairly lenient on the food service industry, and here, I'm probably being more generous than most folks would.

Order: 6oz sirloin and Alice Springs Chicken, house salad, and loaded baked potato.

The young lady bringing food to people's vehicles was really sweet and helpful. The cooks did a great job cooking the food as requested. This is where it goes downhill.

Even though it was included on my order, I had to ask for extra sour cream and utensils.

It was a 4 minute drive to my hotel and when I sat down to eat, the food was cold. The croutons in the salad were soggy and chewy with wilted lettuce. The potato was NOT loaded; it was completely plain...no bacon, cheese, etc. as is usual on a loaded potato. Also, it became apparent to me that I needed to ask for things like salt/pepper.

Recommendation 1: dine in. That way when there's an issue, it can be solved.

Recommendation 2: if you order for pick-up, go through your items in detail.

My husband and I went to eat a late dinner here at Outback Steakhouse. We were seated immediately, however, getting our drinks taken and delivered to us took 15 minutes. The food came out the way how we liked, but our water was never refilled. The food was wonderful, however, the service could have been better.
