You're gonna love it! Clothing downstairs and coffee upstairs. Chill vibe with a view of historic Hinton. Service and coffee was excellent. Store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.

We were in the area for the Color the River kayak float and decided to explore Hinton. We got a couple things from the Market down the road and came to Otter and Oak after they recommended their coffee. We had our salad and cheesecake upstairs in the art gallery in front of the windows looking at the street. The shop was beautiful and our lattes were awesome! Definitely worth it after a day on the Greenbrier! We didn't have time to shop downstairs as they were near closing time, but we will be back as soon as possible! The staff was extremely friendly to us and were genuinely interested in our adventures that day. Beautiful atmosphere and I adored the art and architecture!

On our trip through the Virginias and in search of a decent cup of coffee, we found this absolutely great coffee shop. One could only wish more coffee joints were like this: really cool ambiance, interesting artwork on display, nice and quiet, and to top it all off, outstanding coffee. I can only highly recommend this little place, particularly if you want a good cup of Joe.

They definitely know what they're doing and make an excellent coffee. The building is gorgeous,I loved the little seating area that looks down on the street.

(FYI for people sensitive to smells: the attached store seems to have a lot of candles or tart warmers and the smell is fairly strong throughout)

Very nice comfy place to sit, eat a very delicious scone and drink a choice of hot or cold beverage. You can shop and find a variety in nice things from clothing to perfume and toys. And if you just wanna chill and read a book while drinking your coffee, you can do that too.

A delight in Hinton.
I was driving through Hinton and stopped in for an iced latte. The staff are warm and welcoming. They recommended trying The Jeremy - a blackberry mocha. It was delicious. It’s named after the charming barista Jeremy and lived up to its name. Surprisingly perfect blend of flavors, unexpected, not too sweet, and very memorable.
