Osorio Kitchen catered my wedding and the food is what everyone is still talking about! It was not only delicious, clean, and fresh - but it was absolutely beautiful. I have a gluten allergy and but we wanted Japanese cuisine (lots of gluten). Osorio created a menu for us that was everything we wanted and more!
I would recommend Osorio to anyone looking for a caterer.

Last year was my twentieth wedding anniversary. To celebrate, I surprised my wife with a dinner at the place where we were married, Rainbow Lodge in Soda Springs. A web search of nearby caters in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area struck gold.

Megan was so responsive and engaging upon our first contact, I knew that I had found exactly what I was looking for - a passionate host with great attention to one's individual needs and desires. She worked with me to plan a lavish charcuterie board appetizer, a choice of soup or salad, followed by sumptuous Mediterranean infused chicken or salmon, and topped off with homemade tiramisu from a recipe acquired while visiting Italy. Sadly, the only food photos taken were of the charcuterie board - but that alone should seal the deal.

Simple words cannot do the meal justice. They cannot express how pleased and satisfied everyone was who attended. If it had not been for a stroke of good luck, we would have totally missed out on the once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience we were fortunate enough to stumble across.

Do yourself a favor: take the time to work with Megan and Noah. They will reward you, as they did me, my wife, and all our family and friends, with a dining experience you will never forget.

Thank you to Chef Noah and Osorio Kitchen for all you did to serve up the most memorable wedding dinner! From the rare albino salmon to the beautifully showcased wood fire cooking, you made the meal a highlight heartbeat moment of the weekend. An important investment I wouldn’t skimp on. I’ve heard about Chef Noah for years. He is well respected among my friends, and was consistently recommended by each person I asked for a reference. It’s no wonder, his team is incredible and the experience he creates over the dinner table is one not to be missed. Thank you again Chef Noah!!

I happened upon Osorio's Kitchen, in Grass Valley California, which offered take home meals and decided to try them. I ordered from their posted selection and found each meal interesting and delectable! As a confirmed foodie, I was delighted and went back regularly... until they closed. I loved the use of canning jars that we returned for our next order. I've never experienced the catering service but hope they will start cooking take home meals again. Standing by and hungry for their food!

I hired Osorio Kitchen to cater a Volunteer Work Party. They came and set up a gorgeous and delicious table of food, everyone was delightfully impressed - especially me because I was not going to be in attendance and had full faith in Noah that everything would go smoothly and according to plan. We recently held a Memorial Gathering for my sister. Being from out of town/state/ country, our family needed assistance in planning. Noah/Osorio Kitchen responded with a phone call within minutes of my initial email to him. He listened carefully offering suggestions not only for the menu, but the venue and set up, etc. Thanks in large part to Noah and his staff, 150+ friends/family shared an evening of tasty, beautifully presented food & stories in a lovely venue honoring an extra special person.
