This new boutique hotel is amazing! The hotel is located in the beautiful Village of La Jolla, very near the ocean, and across the street from the Modern Museum of Art. The building is a historical landmark, and both the building and the inner courtyard are impeccable. The true experience is once I entered into the inner hotel/rooms. I could tell the hotel was impeccably restored, and no expense was spared. I felt as though I had been transported back to a different time, one of elegance & style. Everything is hand curated from the owners worldwide travels, and the attention to design detail is unbelievable. I stayed in the Conservatory room, and I couldn't stop looking at all the beautiful finishes and how everything flowed. Also, I admit, bathroom products are important to me...which is why I was not surprised they had luxury, organic body products from "Flamingo Estate". Now the good news...the hotel is very high tech. You can choose to see no-one or everyone. The wonderful concierge was a text away for anything I needed. In the mornings, I could choose to have a hand-drip coffee and delicious pastry from a local bakery in the courtyard, or if I desired, anything delivered to my room. My only regret of my time in La Jolla was the third night of my stay I was booked at a different hotel, and all I wanted to do was go back to the Orli...a special, lovely destination!

The Orli is truly a one of a kind, hidden gem! Gorgeous rooms, with absolute elegance. I felt as if I had traveled back in time, to a different era. I could tell the highest quality of materials and furniture were used in restoring this beautiful, boutique hotel. The huge bonus is that the hotel is also very "high tech", so anything you desire is a text away from the very attentive concierges. Lastly, check out the high-end bathroom products from Flamingo Estate. LOVE this place and will return! Highly recommend a stay here😀

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!!! The Orli is so cute and felt more like an experience than typical hotel stay. The rooms are adorable and comfortable, the courtyard and service is amazing. Great location and walkable to shops and restaurants. I'm still dreaming of my stay at The Orlie and will definitely be back!

STAY HERE! Specifically in the penthouse! I am so in love I want to move in! The whole place is GORGEOUS and the room feels like no expense spared! The rooftop and the adjacent indoor lounge area of the penthouse room are the perfect La Jolla vibe and amazing place to spend an afternoon or night! The location is perfect…walking distance to everything in La Jolla! The courtyard happy hour is so cute and intimate. We live less than an hour away but anytime we want a lil staycation we’re coming back here!! So glad we found it!!

We loved our stay at Orli! We stayed in the Conservatory and it was the perfect room for our 4 night stay. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was great. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach for sunset and restaurants are only a couple blocks away. It’s perfect to be away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. The staff was so responsive and attentive. We will definitely stay here when we come back to La Jolla.

My wife and came to stay for a few days while house hunting. We enjoyed the quality of the rooms and while it is a "limited service" hotel there was someone there to help us when we had an issue finding out key code. The common area lobby and courtyard were very pleasant and enjoyable to hang out to have a bite and coffee. The location was very close to many of the places we wanted to go. We would not hesitate to come back.

We stayed here while visiting La Jolla and it was such a wonderful experience. The attentive service, was second to none. They were always just a text away, but they were also there in person. So any way you want to communicate, they were there.

The place was gorgeous. We stayed in the sunset suite and it was like being in your own small apart with all the benefits of a 5-star hotel service. The views from our terrace / balcony was amazing.

The common areas were beautiful too, and the cold brew on tap, chef’s kiss! I only wished we stayed longer or took more advantages of the perks they offered. So, until next time.

There is no Bell person to carry the luggage. And there’s no parking except for to drop off in two hour increments. Would really like this convenience because I’m a traveling single woman who could use that extra security and ease.. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable.
