Hidden Gem in K-Town
My work friends who are always in the area kept raving about this spot for breakfast and lunch, so I finally had to check it out. Got a workout in first, then came here to refuel.

Parking
I did street parking, but they actually have an underground parking structure with validation! Wish I knew that before circling around a few times definitely keep that in mind.

Ambiance
From the outside, you'd never guess there's a whole vibey little café inside. When you walk in, it's like a small liquor/spirit market, but with a modern aesthetic and a really cool setup. They've got a dedicated food + café section, and you can eat inside or outside, though it seems like a lot of people go for takeout.

Food
I went with the staff's recommendations:
Breakfast Bowl - A little small for the price, but solid flavors. Loved that it had a good balance of carbs and protein.
Breakfast Burrito - This one HIT. Easily one of the better breakfast burritos I've had in LA. My favorite here so far.
Avocado Toast - They go HEAVY on the avo, which I appreciated, but they also drench the bread in oil so if you're not into that, maybe not your thing. But overall, not bad!

While waiting for my food, I found out that they had been giving out free meals to LA wildfire evacuees and firefighters. The program has ended now, but I love knowing that this hidden spot was out here supporting the community like that. More people should know about places like this and show them love!

Will I be back?
Yes, Next time, I'm coming back to try their chicken sandwich

I found this place while looking for a café that sells sandwiches. The coffee beans here are really good! The flavor is on another level. The service and atmosphere were both great, but the sandwich was a bit disappointing. it didn’t taste as good as I expected

Been wanting to try this shop's sandwiches. Got the chance today.

We ordered the Olympic and the Normandie sandwiches and a couple of Mocha Lattes.

We split each, starting with the Normandie. The beef was excellent. Not sure if it was brisket, but it was tender and flavorful. Dipping it in the "au ju" was a great addition. The sauce is actually a sweeter soy sauce.

The Olympic was also great! The chicken was delicious both in terms of flavor, moisture and the right amount of char. The mint definitely made the sandwich! The sandwich definitely has a Banh Mi vibe, but better.

Also loved the Japandi feel of the restaurant.

I can't wait to try the other sandwiches here.

New favorite spot. Not only do they have the best sandwiches you will ever have in your life, but they have fantastic coffee and a small bodega. The staff is wonderful and they've really built a community here. Please support this business because it's perfect.

Just tried their breakfast sandwich and hojicha latte. Love their logo with blue and interior looked so clean and trendy with hip wall arts. The sandwich was recommended by the staff and he was so confident about it. Took a first bite and thought wow he’s damn right. So good. Hojicha latte was good too. Loved the foam on top, so creamy. Definitely coming back for another sandwich!

I’ve heard so many great things about this place and finally got to try it today. I ordered the Normandie sandwich, and they even gave me a dipping sauce similar to a French dip. The sandwich was alright, but nothing extraordinary and a bit overpriced. Honestly, I think it's overhyped by social media. The spot itself is cool, with a wide variety of wines and Korean/Japanese liquors that are hard to come by elsewhere.

Yeah maybe stick with the sandwiches. The breakfast burrito was small and uneventful. And they charge $ for extra salsa. Plus it took way too long to make my burrito. (There were only 2 people waiting. I think there was more staff than customers at the time)

Great sandwiches.

I got the Olympic and it was fantastic! I also got coffee and it was good too.

They have limited space so it maybe better to take out your food.

They have a lot of wine that you might not find anywhere else.
