Love this place. Reminds me of Hawaii. Also the macaroni is amazing always get a double order. Everyone loves this place they all have tons of leftovers after. Highly recommend.

Food usually always tastes good here but the most recents times I have went the portions have been really bad. I pay for more macaroni cause my kids LOVE it and it’s never enough. well I get home and unpack my food and this is how much I get in total (this was not eaten yet and this is how much I got plus the extra macaroni in total)

Dear sir/ma'am.

I would like to inform you that my chicken Katsu did not have the panko breading that it is supposed to have. I waited quite a while too. This is the second issue I've had with the Ono Hawaiian restaurant. Another location didn't cook my Katsu long enough. It was still pink. Please, unfrick yourselves.

The food. So so so bomb. It is definitely priced fairly for the type of meats, quality of veggies, and freshness of the entire meal.

But.

This specific location was really...
DIRTY. We were there for about 45 minutes and didnt see 1 person come out to clean.
•The door had smudges all over the glass and an extreme amount of kick marks.
•There was food all over the floors. And I mean aaaaaall over the floors.
•even if you wanted to clean up after yourself, you couldn't because there weren't any napkins available. You got 1 napkin per meal ordered.
•sanitizer station was out.

it was also way too loud. Since everything is wood and metal, the place echoed a lot.
You have the noise from the cooks cooking in the kitchen, the loud vent, people placing orders, people talking as they eat, plus the sound of the music.

We really enjoyed the food but have decided to order it to go next time.

I had the Chicken Hawaiian barbecue and the breaded white fish, both were excellent! We had a salad with some really good house dressing and the macaroni salad was exceptionally good. I highly recommend this place, the portions are good, the employees were very nice and the food is great.
