We have stayed at Rock Bluff many times. The cabins are so nice. We fish at the pond and build campfires. The hot tub is so relaxing. The cabins are so cute and always spotlessly clean. We could not ask for a better vacation. This is a great way to spend a weekend. We love it

My fiancé and I were coming 7 hours away from home to spend time at the cabins. We booked the trip and cabins 4 months in advance. When we arrived they had booked our cabin to someone else(we had booked hunters hideaway) , when they gave us a new cabin : okalooka it was horrible, there was mold at the bottom of the refrigerator the cabin had not been dusted, there were dead bugs underneath the tv stand, a layer of dust covered the furniture, there was even trash all over outside and the grass had not been cut and the bushes where growing every where. Even though I had booked several months in advance and even talked to the owner on the phone she argued with me that I didnt book that cabin, even with me having the confirmation in hand with key pad entrance. Instead of her trying to help and giving me the benefit of the Doubt all she could say was "are you going to stay or not". we left the very same minute, I travel to Mentone AL several times a year and I will not be booking with Rock Bluff Rental Cabins ever again. You're customers are your first priority especially when you own rentals.
