Stayed here many times as a local. Smaller and more personal feel here than larger resorts. Staff is on point and love the fruit infused water in the lobby! The recent updates to the rooms, lobby bar and spa are very nice. It was nice to see that even have a grab and go spot for snacks breakfast and drinks if you don’t have time for a sit down meal. Was just here for a night so we didn’t get to use the pool this time but did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful resort property. Very well maintained. ||There was mix-up in the room at check-in but Lelaina the front office Director worked efficiently to resolve it and followed up to ensure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond of what was expected.||||Yves at the bar made some amazing mixed drinks and was super nice, friendly and full of information.||||The Hacienda was very spacious, had a mini kitchen and the fireplace was fantastic.

We found the resort to be a comfortable post holiday stay. It was still decorated for Christmas which gave it a festive atmosphere. |We had a premiere room with a balcony. There was a nice sitting area in our room plus a large desk by the window. Rooms have a coffee bar with fridge which came in handy. (If we stay again, I will bring my own k-cups 😉) There is a separate vanity area with sink outside of the bathroom which made it very nice for 2 people to get ready at once. The bathroom was a nice size with a tub & vanity with some storage. The shower & toilet were in an alcove right off the bathroom proper. There was not a door enclosing them which seemed rather odd. A pocket door would have been perfect. The closet was a walk in and were stowed a lot in there which kept the room neater. |We ate at Legends a couple times while watching football & food was fine. We always went a bit later as it was crowded with after golf players. |The pool area was okay. There is not an adults only pool so that might be something to consider. |We had self parking which worked fine. |The Omni National seemed intimate in size. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Great facilities. Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Misses a fifth star for quirks. The "fancy" showerhead is not very functional. A 4 star hotel shower ought to have an overhead that is functional, a handheld shower head to go with it, a shaving step or bench, and decent consumables. There should be a makeup mirror and pretty good lighting. The Omni misses all of these. The room was very clean and nice, just lacking in some livability and quality of life features.

The service was consistently first rate by everyone! After we checked in BOYD, took us to our room but he first drove us around the property and showed us everything. He gave us great tips on where to go eat & was always super friendly and eager to help. I took a drink making class at the bar and met YVES, the bartender. He was super kind and friendly! I asked him for the recipes of the drinks he made, and he promised to share them if I came back later. I wasn’t able to come back until the next day, but he had handwritten them down and kept it for me and as soon as I saw him, he was excited to give the drink recipes to me.

We rented the E bikes, and I can’t remember the man’s name who helped us fill out the waiver forms, super patiently demonstrated how to ride the bikes (my sisters had never been on an E bike and they were afraid at first), and even took us to the exit point from the hotel to the 100-mile bike/jogging trail.

The waitresses and waiters at the hotel restaurants and the ladies that gave us our spa treatment… were all incredibly nice and genuinely friendly. I went to the driving range and was able to golf and the course was beautiful. The young man that takes the golf carts was so funny and accommodating… I think his name was MATT. This was a girls getaway to celebrate my sister‘s birthday, and we just really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated everyone at the hotel who seemed to enjoy their jobs!! It really showed.

We’d DEFINITELY come back!!

Worst stay in Tucson ever! My kids went to the U of A and decided to stay in Tucson, so I we travel here a lot, especially since we now have grandchildren.

We've stayed in lots of places in Tucson, and my wife and I travel quite a bit, so, we are use to staying in hotels, B & Bs, and short term rentals. This stay was horrible!

We drove in around 4pm. We pulled up to the front entrance and no one was there; no valet, porter, nothing. We checked in and took our bags to our room. From there we went to our daughter's house for a party.

At 10pm that evening we arrived at the hotel and went to our room. We were looking forward to a good nights rest. That did not happen.

The heater would not shut down or allow us to reduce the temp, and the temp in the room was 78 degrees. To make a long story short, the heater was not turned off until 12am. By the time the room cooled down it was after 1am, and we finally went to bed around 1:30am.

At 7am the noise from people waking in the room above us woke us up. Between that and the golf carts driving by our room, we weren't able to sleep after 7am.

During check out, we informed the front desk of our dissatisfaction with our stay (she asked, we did not volunteer the info), after which she offered us a free cup of coffee and the restaurant for our discomfort. Really, a cup of coffee?

Never going to stay there again. It cost me $359 for the night so I could get mediocre customer service, no sleep, and really bad room coffee.

Not all resorts are created equal; if you have a choice for another resort - choose the other option. You are paying top dollar for substandard service. ||||As I already expressed my concerns with the hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed with the golf resort. ||||On a four-night stay, Saturday afternoon, I paid for the day pass at the golf range.||||When I arrived, only half of the station had balls staked in a nice pyramid, and all were occupied. I asked the employee if I could get some balls while I stood at station that was available but had no golf balls( about 5-8 were opened), and the employee||responded, “Only the stations that had balls were opened but said, "I can give you some." They poured about 20-30 balls on the floor at my feet and asked if that was enough. ||||This behavior was not expected from a beautiful Golf Resort. ||||Next, we ordered strawberries and champagne in our package. They were never delivered, and we had to ask for them the following day. They finally arrived about 10:30 -11 at night as we got ready for bed. ||||The beds are flip-and-turn mattresses and very uncomfortable, with basic sheets and comforters. ||||I feel like we paid top dollar for the Motel 6 version of a resort. Very disappointed.

Stayed in a Casita Suite over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. Staff advised that when we were ready to head to the course for our golf rounds that they would come pick us up with our clubs (though the walk from the casitas to the main building and golf courses are not far). Casitas were directly across from the Pickleball and Tennis Courts. The SPA was wonderful and staff as friendly, knowledgeable and professional and offered a complimentary mimosa. The courses were in great shape. Everyone we encountered was friendly and provided exceptional service. We can't wait to return.
