We are a family of 5. My children range in age between 4-11. I was so Excited to have luxurious accommodations while having so many fun water activities for the kids. The hotel is nice and well manicured. I was hugely disappointed however, when we arrived at check-in (4pm) to find out the lazy river, beach, water slides, and splash pad closed at 5pm. The restaurant at the pool closed at 4pm (check-in). Once they closed, the hot tub overflowed with people and the music ceased by the pool and no Longer had a fun beachy vibe. Outside of this, the rooms were well appointed and we Slept well. Prices were moderate to moderately-high for the limited activities after check in.

We had a fantastic experience at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort! The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. Tons of counter space in the bathroom. The staff was fantastic, fun and friendly. They all went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. The lazy river and pool areas are clean, well staffed, and FUN! One of our favorite memories was the four of us tossing a nerf football until well after dark, closing down the pool. Water was the perfect temperature and even after 7 hours of pooltime, we didn't want to get out. 10/10 highly recommend!

This hotel is great for an extended stay. There's so much to take advantage of on the grounds. We went to Palm Springs to attend Indian Wells. The bus service to the tournament was excellent. They kept to the schedule to the minute. We used concierge services to add to our trip. Friendly and helpful. We will recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place, staff are friendly, the resort is clean and well kept. Food and drinks were excellent! The golf course is excellent quality and the club rentals were very nice. We would highly recommend going here as either a couple or as a family. The multiple pools give options for what is best suited to your needs.

Thank you Jesse, Jose and all the life guards on staff! You were all so kind, helpful and fun. We spent 6 hours at the waterslides and lazy river 3 days in a row!||Rooms were clean and close to the pool. Very quiet. Easy to get reservations on site restaurant. Great drinks and food.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and a super fun atmosphere for kids at the pool. Rooms are a little tired, but nicely appointed with old school charm and clean, comfortable beds. We had great views of the golf course and waterways from our room.

If you are staying to actually use the resort, it might be worth it. We were in town for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and, except for an expensive lunch, only slept at the property. Room was spacious and the shower pressure was excellent. Not sure who runs the shuttle buses to the tennis grounds, but they really needed to increase frequency at the beginning and end of the day.
