I had a 3-night stay the week of March 10 and I was so impressed by all of the staff. From the valet to multiple folks at the front desk to multiple folks at Noe's.. everyone was top notch! The location couldn't be easier to access and I didn't know what to expect with valet service but they were so fast! The room was clean, spacious and I had a great view. Would highly recommend the Omni!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Omni Hotel Los Angeles, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service.

The room was extremely comfortable, with a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and stunning views of the city. I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis, right in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to some of the best food plazas in the city. I was able to indulge in a variety of cuisines, from classic American to international flavors, all within walking distance of the hotel.

And, of course, no trip to Downtown LA would be complete without a ride on the historic Angels Flight Railway. What a thrill to soar above the city streets and take in the breathtaking views of the skyline!

The Omni Hotel Los Angeles truly embodies the spirit of Downtown LA: luxury, excitement, and endless possibilities. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a world-class experience in the City of Angels.

I recently returned to the Omni Hotel for a business trip after previously staying here with my family. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding hospitality I experienced once again.

At check-in, Claudette was incredibly warm and professional. She welcomed me back with genuine kindness, making the check-in process seamless and making me feel like I was returning home.

I also want to recognize Laura at the lounge. I had met her before during my previous stay, and it was wonderful to see her again. My kids still remember her kindness—they even FaceTimed her because she had made them Shirley Temples last time, a small gesture that left a big impression on them.

Additionally, I want to highlight Charles, whom I met by chance in the lobby. He noticed I was looking for a place to go and went out of his way to assist me. He kindly asked where I was headed, took the elevator with me, and personally walked me there. He even stepped outside to point me in the right direction, making me feel truly welcomed.

Service like this deserves to be acknowledged, and I truly appreciate the efforts of Claudette, Laura, and Charles. They represent the Omni Hotel exceptionally well.

Our family of five, including three children, had an amazing stay at the Omni. It truly felt like a home away from home. From check-in, where Tyler and Prime welcomed us warmly, to Prime’s extra effort in showing us to our room and the club lounge on the 17th floor, everything was exceptional. The little touches—like the candies and beverages in the lounge—were highlights for our kids and made our stay even more special.

A special shoutout to Rudy from housekeeping. His kindness, energy, and passion for his work were evident every day. He proactively asked if we needed extra water or towels since we had kids and kindly brought us a baby crib. His warm smile and daily greetings made a big difference.

Laura at the lounge also made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She engaged with our kids and let them mix their own non-alcoholic drinks, which was a fun and memorable experience for them.

Robin, one of the hotel drivers, was also wonderful. He helped us get around the city, including trips to Chinatown and Little Tokyo. Sometimes, my wife was traveling alone with our three kids, and Robin made sure they felt safe and well taken care of.

Another fantastic driver, Robert, stood out as well. He had great energy, a warm smile, and shared stories about his background. He even taught me the Filipino word “Mabuhay,” which added a special touch to our conversation. He mentioned that many staff members have worked at the Omni for a long time because the company treats them well, and that positive culture is reflected in the service guests receive.

Overall, our experiences at the Omni have been nothing short of amazing. We look forward to visiting again. During this holiday season, I hope this feedback reaches the hardworking staff members to let them know that their dedication and hospitality have not gone unnoticed. Even now, back home, we still feel the warmth and welcome they provided during our stay.

Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful and we couldn’t be more grateful for choosing to stay here. I want to shout out every driver who dropped us off or picked us up in the courtesy town car, they were so nice and accommodating and went out of their way to help us and show us different landmarks. I also want to thank Prime at the front desk who was so kind and helped us every day. He was so understanding and gave us some great tips. He allowed us to check in early and check out late, a super sweet and kind person. Prime helped us with tickets for the angels flight, the broad, and MOCA. We didn’t have one single issue at this hotel. In fact, we were so thoroughly impressed by the level of service that we received that we have decided we will only stay at the Omni if we ever are back in downtown LA. ||||Also the room was great, we booked a 2 queen room, it was very spacious and clean. The beds were amazing and there was more than enough space for us. ||||The location of this hotel is amazing as well, walking distance to the Broad, Disney concert hall, grand central market, angels flight, near little Tokyo, drivable distance to koreatown, and near the last bookstore in downtown la. Our view was so cute, overlooking the entrance to angels flight. They also have some finger snacks available for guests in the afternoon. We were able to munch on some Pretzels one afternoon and were thoroughly impressed by the entire food cart set up. I forgot the name of the person who did it but huge kudos to him. It was very evident he had put in a lot of effort to make it look super cute and aesthetic. ||||I have to take a moment to say how incredible their town car service is. Truly a super unique and completely amazing perk that they provide. They will pick you up or drop you off anywhere within a 3 mile distance to the hotel. This came in so clutch for us so many times during our stay. I cannot thank all of the drivers enough.||||I want to also thank all of the valet and people working the front door for being the kindest and sweetest people ever. I can’t stress enough how kindly we were treated by everyone. This hotel single-handedly made our entire trip and was definitely the highlight for us. We had a pretty terrible experience at another hotel in downtown LA before we decided to cancel and check out and move to the Omni. We were treated terribly at this other hotel so we are so so grateful to the Omni for salvaging our trip and making it so so worthwhile. Thanks again to everyone at the Omni!!!

I have to say that our stay was exceptional. we told them it was our 25 wedding anniversary and they even sent us some champagne and made sure we had a wonderful room. From the start the staff was amazing. Including the personnel in the club room. Thank you Omni staff for ensuring my 25 anniversary was superb. ps. the older gentleman who played and sang at the lounge was phenomenal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was travelling for work, but also travelling with my family. The hotel staff were all very nice, especially the front desk and the hotel porter. They even had a little welcome pack for my 3 year old which she enjoyed so much! The rooms are nice and the breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed the nearby market and railroad. Downtown LA is not where I would necessarily choose to stay, but this was a vary nice hotel.

Hi guys

I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels in California, I must say that this hotel, while not extravagant, offers something truly unique that sets it apart from the rest.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary SUV service provided to all guests. In a city where parking in downtown LA can be both chaotic and costly, having the convenience of a courtesy vehicle that offers up to 3 miles of complimentary travel is incredibly helpful.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious, with a sizable bathroom and standard cable TV channels. While the TV programming may not have been the most exciting, the overall cleanliness and hospitality of the staff more than made up for it. Despite not being one to frequent a particular hotel more than once, I would definitely consider revisiting the Omni Los Angeles Hotel in the future.

A helpful tip for future guests would be to consider parking at a nearby location over the weekend for a more budget-friendly option, at just $34 per day, and utilizing the hotel's complimentary car service to get around, which could potentially save you a significant amount on parking fees.

Unfortunately, my stay coincided with a rainy and cold weekend, so I wasn't able to explore and enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer. However, I am looking forward to returning, perhaps during the summer months, to fully experience everything the hotel has in store.

We had the best experience at the Omni Hotel in LA! From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed so warmly—it honestly made us feel right at home.||||We were there for Fashion Week and had the sweetest, happiest driver who took us to the CMC every day. He truly brightened our mornings! Every single person we came across was so kind and friendly—it made such a difference.||||We're heading to the Omni in Tucson in a couple of weeks and already can’t wait to come back to the LA Omni next time we're in town for market. We'll definitely be telling all our friends to stay here too!
