Had to wait an extra hour to check in, Rooms look like people live there when no one has booked the room, Stove/Oven was dirty, Toilet was dirty, no smoke alarm in the kitchen, The refrigerator was dirty as well as the mini fridge, no tissue in the restroom, floors were dirty, fan had so much dust on it, the heater in the room did not work so they gave a space heater to heat up the room. My overall rate of this place is 1 star. The lady was very nice but a lot of work needs to be done here.

The name has changed, previously it was Blue fish cove the signs are still there, impossible to understand from the road, no indication. Wooden cabin number 8 on the ground floor, the tenant on the first floor seems to walk like the devil because the ceiling is so thin and noisy.
It is very old, the site by the lake could be very welcoming but everything is degraded. Unfortunately the exteriors are so dirty and poorly maintained that we don't dare sit on the chairs. Dog poop on the grass. There is a water leak from the first floor right on the door which is flooding the terrace, no one wants to take care of it.
The interior only offers a single 140 cm bed contrary to the description.
Everything is dirty, the floor hasn't been properly washed for years, the shoes are sticky, there are lots of dirt marks and it smells bad. It's moldy. The smell kept me from sleeping. I had to wash my slippers when leaving, with very black juice.
The fishing cabin is very dirty, in an abandoned state.
The manager doesn't do anything, it's her young children who changed the sheets and that's it. She says there is a new owner, but everything seems to be abandoned, the reception is so dirty that check-in is done through the window. It feels like a very poor country, except that we pay almost a hundred dollars.
I will never go back there.

Reasonably priced accommodations right on Clear Lakes with docks and a launch ramp. There's a little boathouse on the pier with a fireplace to enjoy. The place is in need of a bit of maintenance but if you don't mind things a bit rustic I'd recommend a stay. If you're used to bougie accommodations this isn't your place.

love this resort, best location, so beautiful, it is located right on the lake. They have a pier & a boat house, you can fish there. I saw someone caught some HUGE fishes there. There is also a place where you can launch your boat. The cottage is clean & neat. I miss this place already, I can't wait to go back again in December.

I had the best one night stay with my lady in unit 8 on the lake front I caught 4 fish off the bank and dock. The new owners are super nice everything is well kept clean inside our Lil home. I got exactly what I wanted to leave the city life for a day.

Great little place for the price, when I pulled into town I know I didn't want to stay in the local "motel" OMEO was a great addition to our trip. Sitting at the waters edge and waking up to the sounds of the lake was worth anything to me.

I liked the girls running the place, I would recommend it to friends.

The room was okay but, I had to cut my stay short due to another guest taking over the fishing pier area 24 hour per day leaving several poles unattended in the water over night and dominating during the day. I took the reservation to spend the weekend fishing, I wasn't able to do so.

Didn't know whether the bed sheets were replaced.
