Went in Wednesday afternoon after getting off work early to grab dinner with my husband. We were placing our order around 3:25-3:30pm and looking forward to getting a fried chicken family dinner to have leftovers for lunch the next day. Unfortunately, we were informed that all fried chicken orders must be placed before 3pm (they close at 4pm) as they stop making any new fried chicken orders at 3 and bag up any that has already been made to sell for the next hour. I wish the menu indicated that, as I would have called before I left our work site. There was one two piece fried chicken bag left, so I snagged that, and my husband ordered a burger and fries. Potato wedges also stop at 3, so I ordered a side of coleslaw and fried pickles to enjoy with my chicken. Everything was pretty good, though my chicken was on the cool side and the pickles got a little soggy steaming in the hard plastic container. We were a bit disappointed with our first visit, but looking forward to trying them again for lunch on a weekend day when the whole menu is available.

Since it's so affordable, I wasn't expecting much, but this place blew me away. Everything is super fresh and high quality. They have something for everyone. The covered outdoor seating is a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather.

This is a grill in a grocery store... next to the deli. While the food was pretty good, there was no place to sit... we ate in the car. The cheese burger was with American cheese... which was a real disappointment. The staff just seemed annoyed that we were ordering... and it took forever to get out food.

The best grill in town with the best prices. Very tasty food made by extremely nice people. Our go to place in Ajo. Takeout only, no tables inside or out.

Quality has really gone down hill the last year. Fried chicken and the chicken tenders used be a must have, but now it's under flavored and super salty but just as juicy as ever. Rotisserie chicken is still great. The rest seems to depend on who's cooking, flip a coin, sometimes ok, sometimes not so much. Ice cream is really good too. The three employee's that made the cafe great are all gone and it shows.

The store is fairly decent. The prices are a little more then stores in a bigger town or city. But that is to be expected. They have great deal on the meat department items. Now those are cheaper than larger brand stores prices. Over all for a small town in the middle of no where they serve thief purpose.

Go up
