Special thanks to Casandra for making tonight's dining experience perfect beyond compare! My Dad wanted Olive Garden for his 93rd birthday and it turned out to be the best ever! The entire staff deserves kudos for taking time to sing Happy Birthday to him. The meal was perfect and my Dad was very thankful for Casandra's special gift. This is The Best Olive Garden in Alabama, I recommend everyone who sees this post, if you are within 60 miles of Gadsden, or passing thru on I-59 or Hwy 431, Hwy 411, I-759 near The Gadsden Mall, you must bring your family, your appetite, and you will leave with a smile on your face!!! Well worth the drive!!!

Our party of 6 was greeted warmly and quickly seated after church on Sunday. The complimentary salad was delicious and the breadsticks were served warm and fresh. Our waitress, Summer, was very attentive. First class service. She brought out extra breadsticks and salad and ensured our drinks stayed filled. I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and it was amazing. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. 5 stars all around.

We go to Olive Garden fairly often, and I don't think we have ever had a bad experience. On this particular visit, our server Dakota was fantastic, he was incredibly attentive the entire and humored our 3 year old who wanted to choose how much cheese she had on her food. When we left, I forgot to take our leftover food with me, and so I called to see if maybe it was still there. The hostess at the time tracked our food down, but it was thrown away by someone else while I was on my way back, and by the time I got there the hostess had remade everything so that I could still have food to take home. I definitely did not expect them to remake our food after I forgot it, but I appreciated it so much.

My daughter and I ate here yesterday. The food is so delicious. I got the calamari, shrimp scampi with noodles, and chicken gnocchi. My daughter got the baked ziti. The bread sticks were fantastic. I love eating here ?

I had to come back and update my review. I had the best time "Dining with Deon". He is the best all time waiter that I've seen in a while. He was so happy, cheerful and had a great spirit about him. He was on top of his waiting game. Everyone within his area was happy and overjoyed that they had him for their server.
Best dining experience yet.... ?

This was my first visit to this location. The building, design and decor is beautiful.
The food was delicious.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for all your service. I had the best waitress. She stayed on top of everything. Didn't catch her name, but she's a hairdresser.

I've been to many olive garden resturants. This location is the best one yet. The design of the restaurant is very nice. The server we had was attentive. The food was hot and seasoned very well. The spinach artichoke dip was cheesy and creamy. All three items on the tour of Italy were very good. I hope they stay on top of the service and quality, if so we will definitely be back.

The food is outstanding ? service was great. The kitchen is a little slow, but they took 10$ off our tab because we had to wait a few extra minutes. We sat in the lounge, and it was quiet. and nice. The new place is excellent . Could not have asked for a better 35 wedding anniversary . Thanks, Rick and staff.
