Having never stayed at a B&B I really didn't now what to expect. However, it was the only accommodations in the area. When we arrived we were greeted and made to feel very comfortable. The evening passed quickly as we were enjoying the peaceful surroundings and gracious host while sitting outside on the porch. The weekend passed to quickly. Our first experience at a B&B was absolutely wonderful. We can't wait to return and strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to "Get Away" and enjoy a peaceful hideaway. Romantic or not.

This is our second stay at this property. We enjoyed our first visit so much we planned a return trip with a few friends. We were quite pleased when we realized the charm we first experienced was still very much intact. The owners make you feel at home, welcome and part of the family. I knew everything was right when our friends all expressed the same wonderful observations and comments. This is a property you really must stay at.....You won't be dissappointed.

We came up to Glenwood City for a wedding and the bride had recommended this B&B for our group of 4. The property is quaint with a chapel, a log cabin, etc. The main house is where we stayed and Mary (the owner) was very welcoming, making us feel right at home. When showing us to our rooms I noticed all the afghans and before you knew it we where geeking out on crocheting as she showing me other afghans in the house. My husband and I were in the Sunshine room which I just adored. After the wedding reception we spent the late night eating cheesecake, drinking tea, and having good conversation with Mary. Then in the morning a filling homemade breakfast before hitting the road back home. Highly recommend and we will be back.

This B&B is situated on beautiful, quaint, acreage and feels like you've come home. The owners made us feel so welcomed and we've been back many times over the years. I never want to leave. Just sitting on the porch or in the large gazebo, you are immediately in a relaxed state and it just keeps getting better. You have to try it out.

Excellent place. Very friendly owner. Don't stay at a hotel in this area. The hotel prices are extremely high. Come and stay at this place. It's a very nice and quiet place.
