I recently used Old Ballard Catering for our company holiday party and cannot recommend them enough! Working with Megan on the menu planning and event details was fun and stress-free.

On the day of the event, their staff handled the setup, managed the buffet & bar, and cleaned -up with such professionalism we did not have to worry about anything and could just enjoy our event and the delicious foods and drinks!

We hired Old Ballard Catering Co for a 2-day event where they served breakfast, lunch and dinner (plus bar) for 300+ conference attendees at Town Hall Seattle. Jo Ann and her team were friendly, professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Everything I ate at the event was delicious, satisfied a diverse array of dietary restrictions, and we received positive feedback from attendees. Stephen was our onsite catering manager, and was a great problem solver whenever an issue came up. They were great partners for our event, and I recommend them without hesitation!

The food was a highlight at our engagement party. We chose appetizers as it was a hot summer afternoon and we were not disappointed. Everything (including compostable cutlery and plates) plus "sterno" and heating dishes/trays arrived on time and was set up tastefully and professionally. The guests enjoyed a combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings including sliders, vegetable and cheese platters and several specialty items. I would highly recommend this local family run business (brother and sister) for your catering needs and we hope to use them again in the near future.

We used Old Ballard Catering for a birthday party in our home and everything was fantastic! From the menu advice to the pre-party set up, they helped to make it a stress free event. They were even kind enough to transfer the non-heated items to our charcuterie boards and serving dishes. And the food was AMAZING!!! Everyone loved it!!
