Room was clean. View was nice. Could see ocean, dunes and wildlife through window. Staff was friendly. Didn't try breakfast. Nice to have coffee available in office. Convenient for access to beach and downtown. Room had some minor maintenance issues. Front desk closes at 8 pm, but can get assistance through a call button at front door. Free paved parking but you provide description of vehicle at check in. Rates were good in off season. Elevator available. Registered pets allowed on ground floor.

We stayed here this past week and it was such a wonderful experience! The room was wonderful and the view was gorgeous. Easy to walk down to the beach or into town to explore. Walked to Scoopers and enjoyed some ice cream with a beautiful view of the sunset in our room. This will be our permanent place to stay when visiting the coast. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the location right by the ocean and in the heart of long beach. If we needed anything they were quick to get it . Two of us had an allergic reaction to something in the room not sure what. Overall location, location, location was great.

Absolutely amazing stay. Comfortable for 4 people, quiet, right next to the beach. The whole town was wonderful and we had a great 2 night stay. We used the microwave and the fridge which both worked well. Beds were comfortable. We don’t hear our neighbors at all even though it was full. The soap, shampoo, & conditioner were great. There were lots of towels (bath, hands, & washcloths).

One of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed. Great off season price with lovely ocean view. Room was comfortable and clean. and the staff was very hospitable. Am definitely going to stay there again! The bed was semi comfortable, the room very spacious. The room was AD accommodating which I really appreciated.

The staff was so helpful and nice- got a great recommendation for dinner (pizza delivered to my room), and when I mentioned to the maid that I didn't need my room cleaned until the next day, she said that they don't go in the rooms unless guests ask because, "It's YOUR vacation". I love that.||The room was very clean and had a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There were plenty of towels/soaps/shampoos/etc. Heat/AC/fan was easy to adjust. Bed was comfy and had three nice pillows, TV had movies on demand. Large window looked out to the trees, dunes and ocean. A deer walked past the window on the first morning, and two deer were spotted the second morning.||I went to the coast to take a break from a demanding job and other responsibilities. I read an entire book, walked on the boardwalk in the rain, ate ice cream, and napped during a movie. Completely worth it.

A great location. When booking we never know just where we will be located. The Inn is only a block off the main area of downtown. To the back of the Inn it’s only a few blocks to the beach. We can see (kind of) the beach from our room window. The other way, it’s only a few blocks to the main street. We are able to walk to dinner and looking around. We were greeted by a very nice desk clerk. Quite engaging and accommodating. Our room has been recently renovated. It’s pristine with new carpet, furniture and paint. The room has a king bed with two end tables, a credenza with dresser, a micro and mini-fridge, a writing desk with chair and two reclining easy chairs. The easy chairs were a novelty to us in a hotel. Different. And quite comfortable. All in a large room. Quite nice.

We booked a few nights here. It's close enough to the ocean that you can see the waves from your window on a clear day. Also, it's a block from the main street where many restaurants and unique shops are within walking distance.
We found our room to be very spacious. The property is very well kept and maintained. All the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
